As a guest who stayed in the so-called "deluxe hill view room" i expected a level of service and accommodation that would be commensurate with the high price i paid. However, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and i feel compelled to bring these issues to your immediate attention. First and foremost, the behavior of your staff was nothing short of abysmal. The level of rudeness and incompetence displayed by your employees was beyond comprehension. From the moment of my arrival, i was greeted with dismissive attitudes, unhelpfulness, and an overall lack of professionalism. It is astonishing to me that your staff can disregard the most basic principles of customer service, treating guests with such contempt and disregard for their needs. Furthermore, the condition of the room i was provided was appalling. The "deluxe hill view" was far from any view; it was in a state of disrepair and neglect. The furniture was worn out, the carpet was stained, and the walls were in desperate need of repainting. The bathroom was an absolute disgrace, with broken tiles, leaky fixtures, and a distinct odor of mold. I find it absolutely unacceptable that you would present such a substandard accommodation as a "hill view" room. I trust that you understand the gravity of this situation and the potential consequences for your business. I eagerly await your response, outlining the steps you intend to take to rectify these issues and restore my faith in your establishment.
