Basic food options like butter naan or tandoori bread was not available rest everything was amazing. Also the hotel was in total isolation and ac was not available in any of the rooms.

Comfortable Stay. Enjoyed.
Our stay at Sterling Kufri Chail was pretty amazing. The staff was courteous and cooperative providing quick in room service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Washroom amenities were up to the mark. Food was tasty with variety. All in all, great experience. Few things to mention which were manageable though -the staff was unsure about non vegetarian food being Halal or not. Also the conventional TVs should be replaced with Smart TV. Plus they can put a better WIFI router for better connectivity in case of heavy rainfall or weather change. The staff was completely helpful throughout and we enjoyed our stay . Thanks Sterlings.

Good Stay
The hotel is in a corner of the road so the views may be obstructed, but it's nice hotel to stay and staff r really nice. one portion of the hotel is still under construction though

I recently stayed at Sterling Shivalik Hotel in Kufri and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The check-out was just as seamless, which I truly appreciated. The hotel excels in cleanliness—I’d give it a solid 10 out of 10. The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out to me was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is located in Chail and not in Kufri, however I searched for hotel in Kufri and it was disappointing to go completely in outskirts.

I booked a room with valley view and balcony. The view was actually an under construction building and not a valley. The pictures from balcony is that is why not there displayed either but that is misguiding. Rest the room was ok, food is on expensive end and the taste is ok

The resort provided a serene and comfortable ambiance that perfectly complemented the festive spirit of the season. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay: surekha, at the reception, was outstanding. Her warm and efficient handling of guests made the check-in and overall experience seamless. Vishal, who managed guest relations and anchored the new year's eve event, truly stood out. His charisma and attention to detail added a special touch to the celebrations. Mukesh, who managed the banquet and restaurant, ensured that dining was a delightful experience with his prompt service and care for guests' needs. Last but not least, som, the resort manager, deserves special mention for holding everything together like glue. His leadership and dedication were evident in every aspect of the resort’s operations. The staff's cooperation and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Breakfast service took long
Stay was good, staff was courteous. Only issue was breakfast was not ready available. It was on order basis. We should be informed about this when we check in.
