Wood Vista Cottages by Jomotel was exactly the peaceful escape we needed. Nestled amidst the hills, the views from our cottage were straight out of a postcard. The wooden interiors added warmth and charm it felt like a cozy mountain cabin. Waking up to views of apple orchards and pine trees felt like living in a beautiful painting, it is pure bliss sipping mornings with chai on the private balcony. The staff was courteous, always smiling, and quick to help with anything we needed. Food was homely, fresh, and comforting just what you want in the mountains. Evenings views of the starlit sky were unforgettable. It’s a perfect place to slow down, breathe deep, water over the and reconnect with nature. The approach road is a bit narrow and can be triky at times, but the view at the end makes it totally worth it.

WoodVista Cottages by Jomotel , A hidden gem in Himalaya , A small village in Cheog , Theog, Shimla. It is Approximately 250 KM from Kurukshetra, 150 KM from Chandigarh and Approx 60 KM from Shimla. Jomotel has bunch of Resorts in Himachal Pradesh, but WoodVista Cottages is their best. For Location - 5 Star , must visit their in rainy season and winter season. For Cottages - 4 Star For Food - 4 Star (Tasty but options are limited) For Services - 5 Star (Staff is very polite) from Cheog to Hotel , Approx 4-5 km , give you real experiance of OFF-ROADING. For Kids - 3 Star , Must needed, a kids section Near By Places Activity - Picnic, Trekking etc.

The place was incredibly good, loved the space, bed linens could’ve been cleaner and the towel was a bit too harsh, they need replacement.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by Apple orchids. The staff was extremely welcoming, polite, courteous and helpful. The food was good and homely. Relaxed and rejuvenated after our stay.

Honest review , First when I reached the location it was too remote for us since i had never travelled that far in the mountains. Reaching there was troublesome for sure. We were not happy when we reached the location considering the route but the property’s location , hospitality, food and the everything made it worth it. We really liked the stay there.

Very calm and serene environment. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food was also excellent. Way to property was not good especially last two kms. Sign boards could be more telling and large in size. Otherwise when you reach there it's five out of five.
