It's a vintage facade with low end interior decor and the bathroom was the worst which smelled badly with a pathetic interior. Complete waste of money

No reception area. very limited staff, with only a guard and one person handling the kitchen. The dining area was not well-maintained, and the food quality was subpar. Breakfast options were limited to poha and aloo paratha, with the poha being particularly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Excellent cottage on the edge of Hills. Very supportive staff. Good Food. Warm Wooden cottages. Good connectivity to Narkanda and Shimla.

This is a must try property especially now it's run by the property owner himself. This was our 7th stay. Due to last stay and bad experience (that time run by sukoon) we avoided this place till we saw a new board and got attracted to stay again. You won't believe, booked for one night and stayed for 5 nights ! my appreciation goes to mr harish and kapil for making it such a cozy happy stay for us. Location: will never disappoint you, right on highway, yet peaceful serene and picturesque rooms: we always take vintage as we have a pet and it has a private balcony for him. Though all rooms are simple tastefully done and view from each room is awesome services and food : simple menu, but tasty home-cooked food and best is they will go out of the way to comfort your needs be it making chutney just in 10mins or arranging hot milk for. My pet at odd hours price : extremely worth what you pay for this amazing g memorable stay. Me. My husband and our pet goku never feel like going back whenever we stay in this property. We have tried all nearby burger, samosa and bfast joints. You can checkout my profile for review on each. But crossroads should be in your wishlist if you ever come this side of the country!

Food good but cleanliness not so good. In road property/

It was awesome stay. Hotel is beautiful inside out. Breakfast is good as well, we ate pranthas. View is fabulous from the hotel. It was in a quiet place, which brings peace to the mind. It was a bit distant but was worth it.

Awful services, we were there for 3 days and post the first day itself we did not even eat our inclusive bfast and had to go out for all three meals in super cold weather that too with our pet. Total wastage of our money spent.

Access road is all dug up. You can't enter easily. Access from the parking is simply dangerous. As you enter the property, you see leaking pipes and fungus on the outer wall. The property is just bellow the road. As a car went by on the road above, lots of soil descended on our head. The property is in totally run down condition. Bathroom tiles are broken. We tried to complain but the host was not accessible. She never picked up our phone.

It was a pleasant to stay. Room was clean, spacious. Our alpine cottage from inside rooms are prepared with wooden finishing. We were a group of 6 people and enjoyed a lot. Balcony view which was finest thing. Especially the staff sompal ji showed incredible support and hospitality. Bonfire at night was memorable one. Food was extremely good seem like to be home cooked. Thanks for entire team of sukoon cottage.

It was very comfy and relaxing stay at Sukoon Narkanda all of the staff was very helpful and friendly and felt just like home but of course much peaceful that the usual city day to day life. Further the food was also good. Overall it was great time I spent there to breath fresh air and hotel staff took me to the Apple garden fields had a great time and will love to visit this resort again. Thanks Again! Wow! these were one of the amazing wooden cottages in narkanda. Lovely location. Very accessible on the national highway itself. Free parking facility available. While coming to himachal i have faced a lot of issues of not good tasting food but here we got very decent and yummy food. The care taker was very helping. He arranged private taxi for us to visit hattu peak. Overall the experience was good and the stay here was pleasant.

This is one of the best wooden cottages in narkanda. Sompal ji is one of the member of staff is very kind and humble. On road property but still isolated from the hustle of the roads. Food was very tasty. My stay was comfortable and the morning with a view wall was wonderful
