Himalayan Heights

Our recent family experience was highly positive, particularly due to the excellent balcony and its stunning views. The only area for improvement identified during our stay was the shared door between our cottage and an adjacent unit. This design allowed sound to travel easily between the rooms. We recommend considering the construction of a solid wall in place of the shared door to enhance privacy. Overall, the experience was exceptional.

Very good service, our room was a bit far from the restaurant but the staff were helpful and gave the food on time. The view from the room was really beautiful. The rooms were clean with good amenities, I will surely recommend the hotel for families!

the room was filthy — stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom had a lingering odor of mildew. i’m pretty sure the sheets hadn’t been changed, as they had a musty smell. food given in menu was not available..tandoori roti was soggy… situation was too miserable at the time of breakfast also

Worst place. Its less than 1 star. 1. Floor slippery, no wiping 2. No landline working 3. Bad food 4. Delay of 2 hours in food. That received only roti. Said curry finished so sent only roti. Most important issue: anyone can come to your balcony and then room. Balcony attached to common walking stairs. No safety. Balcony door also doesn't locks. Overall, its too bad. There google reviews are fake, don't believe and avoid this hotel

The room was dirty

The property location is excellent but approach to cottages from rear side is difficult otherwise you have to use stairs to reach cottages from front side. The breakfast buffet is average having not enough options.

Geyser not ok. Reception behaviour not good.

It was a good stay, we were in the hotel for 3 days, the staff was good and the view from our room was also pleasant. The food was also good but i didn't like the milk that was used, just a suggestion.

Right on highway, always noisy, no greenery around hotel

I stayed in this hotel after checking the go-ogle reviews but the service of the hotel is pathetic and whole crowd who went to spend weekend in the hotel was just complaining to the management for the unavailability of breakfast, poor service. I waited long for a cup of coffee and when i received there was small small hair on the top of coffee cup.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my family. Rooms are spacious, clean, hygienic and with the valley view. Infrastructure of the room is very beautiful. Room service is very good. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Food is expensive, can be better, but overall, it is good. The hotel is located on National Highway which makes it's location excellent. Hotel has ample parking space. Overall I can give 4.5 out of 5 star. I very well enjoyed my stay there 🙂.
