Basic amenities like AC, geyser, TV, thick blankets, towel, etc. Are all provided properly. Enjoyed the stay with reasonable cost. Breakfast was average.
They upgraded our room from deluxe to family suite, as we went on off-season time. I appreciate that.

Sir, I really apologize that you faced few problem like TV was not working for some time but that was from the cable operator's end sir, in the evening the TV and cable was working properly as due to heavy rainfall that day, the cable wires got disconnected as it is a hill station and on our request it was repaired from the cable operator's end in sometime. And sir if you used cold water for bath, I would like to say that geysers are installed appropriately in each and every room's bathroom. You have to switch it on and wait for 20-25 minutes to get heated up to get hot water or you could have asked us that time as the room boy very well instructs every customer briefly about the room facilities at the time of check in. But still if you are disappointed I really apologize for the same and hope that in future we will definitely meet your expectations. Thanks a lot for your feedback, it helps us to improve and serve much better in all the aspects. Thanks and Regards.

The hotel room tariff is considerably low compared to the other located in Shimla. But the location off-Shimla, a few kms away, at Kufri. Those mostly wanting to remain inside Shimla may find the location a disadvantage. The food at the hotel is passable, and I would not recommend having non-vegetarian dishes here. The decor is also decent but the rooms are not big in size. The view from the windows is good, overlooking the valley. Note that if you want a room heater, you would need to cough up extra rupees, although free hot water packs are provided to keep ones feet warm.
