Terrible Stay
Please don't book this hotel if u want to eat food at time to time , because it's all time 45 min late to delivered the food . With late they charge all the food .. Don't go this hotel because too much short percentage of staff in this hotel to help u.

Excellent Stay
All amenities are readily available in this hotel. Service and behaviour of every personnel are impressive. Just you have to fight with some stairs to enjoy this exquisite stay. Not recommended for Senior citizens. For the young ones this will be nice.

Good Stay
The rooms were decent, the hotel doesnt have a parking of its own and the breakfast buffet needs improvement. zero service in breakfast buffet with limited options. staff is good and friendly.

Excellent Stay
The location of this hotel is excellent.It is right opposite the exit of tourism lift on Mall Road.The rooms are spacious.Food is very good though the menu is limited. The staff is very courteous and helpful.Caution:One should be prepared to climb atleast 50 to 60 steps to reach the reception/rooms.

Terrible Stay
As I was travelling to Shimla, so I wanted a hotel which is near there, but that was my worst decision This property is not at all clean too much stairs to reach the property and the AC was not working. The food was bad. I have no single good thing to say about this property. The bed sheet was smelling. The washroom was not good. Very small. I highly recommend to not to go to this place.

Poor Stay
The property was nothing more than a cheap hotel. There was no cleanliness and no Internet. Even the TV was very old with no android play. Overall I will never recommend this hote for stay at this price.

Average Stay
It is located right in the Mall Road, but the room is little congested. Bathroom was also ok and they didn’t partitioned the wet and dry area properly dry area is completely becoming wet after the shower.

Average was the food and the room was small.the employee was good.
the room was too small in size and the food was poor.the employees was good and polite.we used the laundry but our clothes were not clean and the charges were also high.

Comfortable Stay
the location is really good with very good connectivity towards ridge, jakhu temple ropeway, mall road and Mall road lift. The stay was very comfortable. Special Thanks to both Sonu & Preetam. Only one suggestion is for their food which can be massively improved.
