Not a good place for family
coupleDog will welcome you. It’s ok, but it’s out of city, food is costly, there is no shop near by, so be careful, mall road requires to go by your cab. They demand 750- for my boy, given one extra very small bed. Better you can get hotel near mal with less price. There is no kitchen also. Be careful about floor, full of spider, small insects are there.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at the edge-worth for a couple of nights, and it was a fantastic experience. Not only does the cottage look palatial on the outside, but the rooms also bear a deeply personal touch - which is what makes the experience so distinctive. Ravi, the manager, is an absolute pleasure to engage with, and he cooks some terrific mutton. He was always around to attend to every little need. Edge-worth is so much more worth it precisely because of ravi's presence and warmth. Also, the property is just the right walking distance from the ridge - and that is again one of the best things about staying here. We're definitely going to choose edge-worth whenever we visit shimla again, and we wholeheartedly recommend the place to everyone looking for a quiet and intimate holiday in the hills.

Excellent Stay
The place is perfectly located in a nature loving zone. It’s away from all hustle bustle of the city in a peaceful location. Hospitality made us felt like we are not away from our home.

Excellent Stay
It was an excellent stay the property is very beautiful and the location is great and also solves the biggest problem for shimla that is parking, you get a feel of the old world charm and the caretaker mr. Chaman is a very humble and helpful person. Special thanks to ms. Bhasin for the hospitality. Would recommend this property for all those who want a peaceful stay at shimla. Great place to stay.

Comfortable and relaxing stay in the most awesome spot in shimla.
coupleWe had the most comfortable, pleasant and enchanting 3 days at this absolutely mind-blowing property. The location is simply awesome - away from the hustle bustle of the city and yet only about a 20 minute walk to the mall road through forested roads. The rooms were extremely clean and very well maintained. It had a heating radiator which used to keep us warm during the nights. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had the usual toiletries in stock. The care taker, mr. Ravi, was extremely polite and very alert to our needs, without being intrusive. The room was very spacious, with sofas, a separate dressing room and wardrobes for storage. Hot water is available 24x7. We had breakfasts here and they were well prepared, tasty and not too rich in taste. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by warm kahva which felt so good. The outside lawn has sitting space and offers great views of the forested valleys. In all, we had a wonderful stay for 3 days here. Kudos to mr. Shivansh for maintaining this gem of a place so well.

Beautiful place, calm surroundings, and nice people. I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff cleaned the rooms everyday. The food was good. The staff is also very friendly and cooperative.

Excellent Stay
Beautiful architecture. Marvelous garden having a vast variety of flowers. Food was homely, freshly prepared and was lip-smacking. Stay was comfortable overall. Mall road was at walkable distance from the homestay yet nestled away from the traffic and hustle-bustle.

Nice hotel in the heart of shimla
The propery is well maintained, colonial style with high standards of quality. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped with all required facilities. Highly recommended for stays with family and friends.

Great property and owners
This property is in the quiet part of shimla away from all the noises and with an incredibly serene atmosphere. Its an old building with dhajji walls and an outside sitting area perfect for breakfast in the morning or dinner at night. They also have bonfires (chargeable) to sit around in the evenings with the family. The owner is great as well and the service is great, they prepare your food fresh from start (place order ahead of time) which is also great. Even the welcome drink was great. Surely will visit again
