Hotel Satkaar

Wrist experience of my life. We booked 2 rooms but they give us 1 room. Water supply not working. Dirty rooms. Bathroom external water was blocked badly. So terribel. Location was wrost. Not advise for anyone

Unhygienic place very small area room was unclean un clean bed

This was very bad experience with at hotel satkar first time at simla. Hotel room was not get ready properly. There is no supportive staff to listen anything of customer. Just feeling that we were stay in catel house instead of hotel room. There is not getting proper cleaning of the room. Not proper arrangements of just like drinking water, birth shop, towel, tv, sleeping meterial. Staff is very non cooperative. This was very bad experience with me in hotel so that we have left the room before 1 day instead of staying and paid for 2 days. We were feelings very uncomfortable in hotel satkaar, shimla. We are not recommended to any one to book hotels satkaar, shimla as well as makemytrip

Location was not bad. Food service was not good. Hotel near market but very tereble. Children and old personal not stay this hotel.
We can only stay for one day in case of emergency.

Very bad experience. The room which was promised was not given. It was a value+ room and was promised that we will be given the best facilities but was not provided with even basic facilities. Don't trust this hotel

Its good to stay here. It was neat and clean and the staff was good and well mannered and very supportive. The hotel was neat and clean and a very peaceful place and a perfect view of the Shimla. Will stay again.

Not as per described on website. Not like. It's near to mall road. I stayed at this hotel 1st time. Food was not at per I expected. If not get any option then only choose this hotel. You will get more option in Shimla.

Horrible experience, water not available in washroom and small cockroaches moving on bed and floor of room. I will not recommend any body to stay in that hotel. Very bad room service, bedsheet also not cleaned. When asking for towel they gives me dirty towel. Not expected from makemytrip, having this type of hotel in list.

Bit far from the Ridge. Then stairs to go up in room. Rooms are small and no proper lighting. Overall experience was good. It's value for money and one can stay again. Food was good and hospitality was ok.

Nobody should make choice for this one. It is the hell in Shimla. Rooms are broken, needs repairing. Staff are untrained. Food is of poor quality. You surely get stomach ache. No cleanliness. Better to give 5 star in the field of worst hotel. This hotel is situated far from Mall Road. Reaching the hotel is also a headache. I was ill that time so I asked for better room but was not provided. Electricity switches are broken. So anybody can get a thunder shock anytime. One can view Himalayan view but less than one big hospital in front. I spent two sleepless nights at this hotel. Even it is written outside that nobody can bring food from outside but the food that they are providing is of high rate and of poor quality. Service tax included but no services at all. Did not clean rooms at all. Only at check-in time they used to clean rooms. Boys of the hotels don't know how to behave with guests. So better to avoid this hotel.

Don't visit this hotel even if it is the last one in whole earth. Staying on roadside is a better option. Room was not cleaned for last 1 year. No tv. No geyser. No extra quilt. No room heater. No landline phone. Worst room service. Not safe. No mobile network in room.

This is an absolutely fraud hotel. My family spent about Rs. 2, 000 to book this hotel and what we got was less than a dormitory facility. Frozen bed, torned carpet, stinking bedsheets, blankets all of them were a horrible story to tell. The one night stay was nightmare. Only good for Rs. 500 one off night. The only luxury was Rs. 200 a night single heater.

Pathetic hotel. Overpriced and terrible stay experience. This is a youth hostel which was not stated earlier. Unclean rooms, beds, bathrooms and entrance looks shady. Hotel staff is equally uncourteous and impolite. Not for family.
