It was nice staying in aachman regency, first time there. We really enjoyed the view from our room and special thanks to chefs for amazing food especially aalu-pyaz prantha, and the guy who assisted us for room service. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Hope to visit again, some fine day

I booked this hotel a month prior to my actual stay. I was very exited for vacation but when i reached there then i got very much frustrated. Hotel was not having the room which i booked and was arguing to pay extra for other room. Mm t helped me to get first day adjustment but next day again they gave me a small room which was not as per description detail on online booking. Their food quality is below average (breakfast/ dinner. I surly will neither stay there again nor will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do confirm your room beforehand. I booked a valley view but was allotted another. Got it changed after insisting. Rooms were clean. So full points on that. Need to improve on breakfast timing.

Pretty average
Don't go by the photos. The rooms are quite small and congested. The property is not well maintained. Bedsheets were not cleaned up and many things in the washroom were broken. Although, the breakfast was nice and the dining view is awesome compared to what we got for our bedrooms.

Regarding rooms
I am jagmeet singh on yesterday night 29-9-2020 i was went to the shimla in aachman regency hotel with full excitement. But the pictures of bedroom which are shown are not same as actual. I have paid for super deluxe room but i didnt get that. In the washroom there was no bucket no clean water for drink i dont know why this happened with me

Total waste of money
No power backup. Bed mattress poor quality. No heater in room. No toiletries provided. Food was very bad. No hot water all time in bathroom. Overall not recommended.

Everything is good at Hotel and even owner of the Hotel was supporting
Hotel is well cleaned and maintained. All staff is cooperative. Good parking space.

Doesn't deserve terrible also, charged huge money for 2 nights... very high charges for nothing, behavior of staff was very bad..food is OK. My suggestion Please do not waste your money on this hotel there are a lot of options in Shimla.

Very very bad experiance
Room was not clesn very old blanket was like very cheap and have not washed like from 1 month i feel so bad i will never book again this hotel

Overall good experience
Location of the hotel is good. Breakfast and dinner are buffet, both south and north Indian dishes were served and are good. Even the lone non-veg item chicken also was good. Hotel boys are very courteous, and available at your service . Things which could be improved: Wash rooms could have been better, not at all drying.

Ovearll its a value for money and good for stay ...
It is a good hotel also location is good and approachable ... Overall its value for money. It is in a main road and very close to mall road. No traffic jam problem in this area. Only disadvantage is food quality is not very good. Cleanliness is good.
