Poor experience servece issue qq service issue
Nothing was the good from staff side they are very rude person no one help out to shift the laggage from your car to room the breakfast is very bakwas type jam bread and tea the given parathas without masala. And they called that the aaloo pratha shameless people, note- mm t plz don't suggest that type of hotels that is not your type hotel they are the lodge type

Managing authority were cooperative
I had booked this hotel on 1st january but when i had check in i shocked to knew that all rooms are packed manager said that your booking is not in this hotel after i show him booking details then he arranged my booking in another hotel name is agarwal regancy.
