Excellent stay
The property was nice & food excellent. The staffs are very nice, service was good, especially manager mr mohit is very cooperative. It’s an amazing stay. Only concern the location is little distance from mall road & market place but it’s manageable. Thanks mm t & snow lotus hotel

Rooms were good and location was also very nice. You can see very nice view of almost whole shimla and beautiful mountains with sunrise.

no availability of hot water during winter season ….also extra charges for heater which is really unfortunate as it utmost necessity during winter season that to in shimla…overall average stay wont book it in future

Worst hotel snow lotu. Do not book
Worst hotel for stay. Charged for heater when temperature outside was 2 degrees. There is no hot water provided in bathroom. Hot water is available only between 19. 30 pm to 10. 00 am the next day. If you continue stay for 2 days, there is no hot water between 10. 00 am to 19. 30 pm.
