Poor Stay
There’s is no facility for food as I booked my Hotel, including breakfast, and I was waiting for my breakfast till 9:30 .

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. My husband and I were the only guests during our stay, yet the service was shockingly slow. If they cannot manage just two guests efficiently, I cannot imagine how they would handle a full occupancy. The first room we were given had multiple issues – the exhaust fan was not working, and a broken wooden floor tile injured my husband’s foot. While they changed our room the next day, it too was far from satisfactory, with spiders in both the bathroom and the room. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. They were slow to take and prepare orders, and their overall approach lacked basic hospitality. The restaurant and hotel rates are extremely high, yet the food quality was average at best and it was simply not worth it. Although the view was good, the location right above a busy road meant constant noise from cars, buses, and trucks. Overall, the high prices, poor service, maintenance issues, and lack of hygiene We would not recommend it.

Good Stay
The place is located very promptly in proximity to kufri and centre of shimla. It has hospital facility opposite side too. The room service is excellent. Restaurant foods are also good and cooked as per requirement & in-time. Staff behaviour is also very good. Our room had a balcony and view to the valley part & jhakoo mountain temple. Overall experience was really good.

Worst experience.
familyBathroom door lock broken, tea cup broken, heater not working, chairs broken, breakfast too average. Breakfast timing changed without any information.

The room was smaller than expected. There was no buffet for breakfast for 2 days. The room and bed weren’t clean either

Terrible Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First off, the room key didn’t work, and instead of doing something as simple as activating the key, the receptionist sent a young guy to help. Not only did he fail to activate the key, but we were stuck depending on him every time we needed to get into the room. When he tried to turn on the electricity by using our key, it didn’t even work because the system was broken. We asked him to turn on the AC, and he assured us we could control it through the system, but that was complete BS. The AC was broken, and the room stayed ridiculously hot all night. We had to leave the door open just to try to get some cool air—totally unacceptable. Then there were the filthy towels, the hand soap bottle filled with water, and the fact that there was no shampoo or soap. There wasn’t even a hairdryer, which is outrageous considering the price they charge. To top it all off, there was no hot water in the morning. For the kind of money they’re charging, this is beyond embarrassing. The worst part? There was a mouse running around somewhere inside the room, making loud noises and scampering through the furniture. It made it impossible to sleep, and I was terrified the entire night, constantly worrying that it might get into our things. This is NOT okay for any hotel, let alone one that charges premium rates. This hotel is a disaster. It desperately needs serious upgrades, pest control, and a complete overhaul of their staff’s customer service skills. The receptionist was mildly helpful, but the young man he sent to assist us was rude, unprofessional, and had zero manners. If you’re going to charge high prices, at least provide a clean, safe, and functional environment. This place was a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action and fix everything.

Great stay
It was a good experince, great service, staff is helpful, infra is good and new. But no buffet had to order things that were in the menu even after including breakfast in the booking

Poor Stay
Services were really very pathetic. Shortage of staff. Inexperiance young girls are hired for services. One of the worst stay. Highly disappointed.
