I stayed with my wife at this property for 1 night(20th April). I arrived early as per HRTC bus timings and requested to check in early. At first the 2 reception boys mentioned that there are no vacant rooms until someone checks out at 12. We roamed around the mall from 6.30am till 10am, and came back to the property. I again asked both the reception boys if rooms are vacant, but they again denied. While sitting in the reception area, my wife dozed off. Seeing the same, one of the elderly member of the hotel(not sure if he was the owner or staff) instructed the reception boys to move us to a room temporarily. I highly thank that person for this kind gesture, but really disturbed by the way we both have been treated by those 2 reception boys. We have been repeatedly asking them to allot us a temporary room, but they have been denying the request since 6am. Also to add, the room service is not upto the mark. No one answers the call at the reception. The TV in the room is only a smart tv with no cable/dth network. The internet speed is extremely slow, making the smart tv completely unsmart and nothing is viewable with that extremely slow speed. Compared to the room charge, you do not even get a pair of slippers, no electric kettle, no tea kit. When asked the reception boys, they simply said these amenities are not provided in their hotel. I ordered for 2 cups of tea at 8am, but the reception informed that the kitchen is not operational at 8. Very strange! Even though the hotel is located at a very good location and the view is great, but one has to climb steep steps to reach the reception, followed by the rooms. To be honest, they lack very basic amenities that is provided even in economic hotels. I would definitely NOT opt for this hotel during my next visit.
