The stay was quite pleasant and worth the hype. Rooms were quite good 💯 but could be made better with the washroom being more spacious.

good stay in Kapil hote
it was a good stay for 2 nights in a family suite and the food was very tasty. suggestion is to provide enough toiletries, bath and dental kits. otherwise everything was good and location is also very near to mall road which was a plus point for all of us

Pathetic cooperation of Hotel head
Hotel is located in congested area. Hotel owner/manager is not cooperative at all and of careless nature. Rooms are also not as good as shown in photos, they are very small in size. But I would like to mention name of their one employee Mr. Satpal. He is gem of a person, very helpful and cooperative 👍🏻

Excellent Stay
nice property..... though rooms were small but very clean. Location was good , not too far from Mall Road. Parking facility is a big plus. Attendants were very polite and well behaved. All together a nice place.

It was satisfactory, staff was helpful.
Location was good, enjoyed the view from the window but missed the gallery enjoyment. No food from the hotel.

the property location was very good. the food was excellent. the staff was very cooperative and prompt. the rooms are a bit small but I think it's worth the price.

Hotel was really value for money. It's review forced me to choose the hotel. But thanks to MMT for offering a good deal at that price . Room was spacious. Location great. staffs are polite. Manager too. Food also great. Thanks to those who reviewed earlier excellent.

Property location is good, Food was awesome and beyond expectations. Amenities can be more, like basic things(toothbrush, iron,water bottles) Overall Service is good

we had a fantastic stay at hotel kapil! the super deluxe room offered an amazing view, making our stay truly memorable. the room was cozy, well-equipped, and spacious enough for three people. the food was delicious, though slightly on the expensive side—but that’s expected in shimla. the hotel also has a parking facility, which was a huge plus for us. we hired a cab from ambala, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing blankets, parking space, and even heating food for our driver. their hospitality was excellent, making it a perfect choice for all types of travelers. highly recommended! ⭐️

Excellent Stay
A good budget stay with a hot water facility, and decent rooms little away from the mall road and hence local sight seeing took time. A room heater if had been there must have been better. Overall a good stay at shimla.
