I have booked delux room for my family, but room was very much small resturent was very close to room and food quality also very good

It was really very bad & trouble stayed at hotel. There was no facilities in room as mentioned in t&c even room was not comfortable.

We had trip for two nights at hotel. The lady response for confirmation of room is good but response for sharing the location is bad. she not shared the location even after asked for two times. finally we tried in Manager and got location, they responded well as required and we reached hotel. The hotel personnel response is very good. The hotel rooms are neat . We got changed from one another one due inconvenience in allotted one. they supplied all the refreshments to room as we required. their response is very good.

We stayed for 4 nights in dusk n dawn. All though the place was ok. However, few things needs to be dealt with utmost priority. Staff should more be customer centric not hotel centric. Preferences should be given to customers. Menu should be removed if food is not served according to menu to customers, as per hotel staff, food depends on chief, if is that so than dusk n dawn needs to improve on their hospitality. Improve on your hospitality. Train your staff to behave professionally. Stay was ok. Cleaning is good veg food is nice

Pros : lift facility is there inside the hosteller. Nice ambience. Bed is good. Neat and clean. Friendly receptionist. Price is cheap. They helped us for cab. Cons: its little far from bustand. From road to hos-teller its diffcuilt because u have cl-imp and plus there are 50 steps u have to carry the luggage.

It was easy to access and rooms were clean, also check-in n check-out are smooth and also want to mention that hotel staff was friendly and couple friendly. Whenever i will visit shimla, i will try to stay there.

It's a nice hotel situated at a very good location where you can enjoy and also meet the locals. Rooms were clean and staff behaviour was very polite. They have a restaurant downstairs where you can enjoy and eat good food.

The location was easy to find. The staff is helpful, especially mr bhakti. He made sure my stay was comfortable and provided us with all amenities. The food was okay. It could have been better.

The property is located in a prime location. It has a market in proximity. The rooms are well maintained. The staff was good and very helpful. Though the food is a bit costly but its worth it. Overall excellent hotel!

> Food cost is very high > Very small room size > In bathroom they even not provided bath soap or any body wash while asking they said use shampoo > In parking only two car can be parked and it's too difficult to park vehicle > Hygiene standards are also weak > You will not even get a complementary water bottle > They changed RS per day however their standard is Rs 500 per day
