Florence BnB Shimla | Stay Near Mall Road and Ridge

The room was too small. The passage to hotel was steep so car can't be parked there. The staff is inexperienced. Bad services provided. Bathroom was stinking.

It was a pleàsant stay nice staff but these were the issues we faced late food service and water finished in the bathroom...room size too small...

This bnb deserve -5 rating(not available offcourse). Bnb is very terrible. Room was very small, no space for luggauge, for placing other items. No heater was available very uncomfortable whole night. Even washbasin tap was not fixed properly and attendent told ye aisa hi hota h. No go for it even free for cost

Location Food stay staff Views all were super good but only driving car to the place was a challenge only good and experienced driver should take car there. Few steep turns and single road make it tough to drive. if you are walking to the place from mall road then extremely good experience

Had a great excellent experience. Great location with best hospitality. Food was amazing. Staff was quite helpful and humble. Best part is owner himself came to main road to guide us to the hotel. best view from room plus nearby to all main locations i.e Mall road ,ridge ,jakhu temple

The hotel has no lift and rooms were 3 floors down. The approach from Ridge is steep and painful. I was with my dad so it was difficult to manage. Lovely property just close to the Mall. It’s like you can see everything happening on the mall directly from your bedroom window. Also very very neat - the washrooms were spic and span. The linen was way too clean. The cherry on the cake was the homely touch they give. The food was delicious just like home food. They make it fresh. Worth the price they offer. Highly Highly recommended.

The stay was good but they were given one room on the fourth floor which was a very bad experience I suggest kindly please be careful about room allotment for family and all rooms should be allotted on the same floor .

Never checked in to the hotel, Could not reach the hotel as the roads were too tight for the car.

excellent property. well maintained. accommodating staff. The location is both good and bad. good because you get an unobstructed view of the Shimla Mountain Ranges, though bad because it's a steep 5 minutes climb from The church up. It is not a problem at all if you're young and spry. though the elderly might face issues going up and down.

The staff was very helpful especially Akshu.. such a wonderful helpful boy. I was blown off by the level of cleanliness and neatness overall. Definitely recommend!! It’s also very close to the church and ridge plus beautiful coffee shops nearby that serve lactose free coffee as well. Keep up the great work team. Hari Om!

LOCATION IS NEAR RIDGE, FOOD IS GOOD AND SERVICE STAFF IS VERY MUCH COOPERATIVE , ONLY ISSUE IS IF U DRIVING THROUGH YOUR OWN VEHICLE THEN IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH THE LOCATION, AS ROAD IS VERY NARROW AND STEEP N CANNOT USE THE BALCONY AS THERE R LOTS OF MONKEYS

We traveled as a family of 5 to Shimla in May '25 and had a very pleasant stay at Florence . The rooms are extremely near and clean. The food was homely and delicious. The Ridge can be seen from the property and is a convenient 5 min walk downhill. Our utmost thanks to our host Abhishek for the warmth and hospitality extended to us!

Everything was so good. Definitely coming back here soon.

My stay at Florence B&B in Shimla was good. I found the property to be quite satisfactory overall. While it wasn't exceptional, it certainly met my needs and provided a comfortable experience. I appreciated some aspects of the B&B, which contributed to a pleasant stay. I would consider staying here again for a future visit.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great service and overall a great value for money.
