Florence B&B

Initially we faced problem reaching the Florence B&B. We were very exhausted but our stay was managed by mr. Pawan who was very helpful and cooperative. He took care of all our requirements and managed good food and comfortable stay. Would only reccomend this Florence B&B because of mr. Pawan. If you plan to visit this place please contact him. Great balcony view of the mountain, rooms are clean and maintained.

Lovely property just close to the Mall. It’s like you can see everything happening on the mall directly from your bedroom window. Also very very neat - the washrooms were spic and span. The linen was way too clean. The cherry on the cake was the homely touch they give. The food was delicious just like home food. They make it fresh. Worth the price they offer. Highly Highly recommended.

excellent property. well maintained. accommodating staff. The location is both good and bad. good because you get an unobstructed view of the Shimla Mountain Ranges, though bad because it's a steep 5 minutes climb from The church up. It is not a problem at all if you're young and spry. though the elderly might face issues going up and down.

We traveled as a family of 5 to Shimla in May '25 and had a very pleasant stay at Florence . The rooms are extremely near and clean. The food was homely and delicious. The Ridge can be seen from the property and is a convenient 5 min walk downhill. Our utmost thanks to our host Abhishek for the warmth and hospitality extended to us!

My stay at Florence B&B in Shimla was good. I found the property to be quite satisfactory overall. While it wasn't exceptional, it certainly met my needs and provided a comfortable experience. I appreciated some aspects of the B&B, which contributed to a pleasant stay. I would consider staying here again for a future visit.

The staff was very helpful especially Akshu.. such a wonderful helpful boy. I was blown off by the level of cleanliness and neatness overall. Definitely recommend!! It’s also very close to the church and ridge plus beautiful coffee shops nearby that serve lactose free coffee as well. Keep up the great work team. Hari Om!

property was neat and staff was helpful.they arranged cab for pickup and dropping heaters provided. 5 mins walk to Mall road overall iam satisfied with the Stay.

The stay was good but they were given one room on the fourth floor which was a very bad experience I suggest kindly please be careful about room allotment for family and all rooms should be allotted on the same floor .

I had a great stay at florence b&b with my family for 2 days. I will recommend this to others as well in future. View was awesome from the terrace and quite spacious for 4-5 persons.

Great location and great facility. The only problem is that the Florence B&B is on top of the hill so a bit difficult to reach by car.

LOCATION IS NEAR RIDGE, FOOD IS GOOD AND SERVICE STAFF IS VERY MUCH COOPERATIVE , ONLY ISSUE IS IF U DRIVING THROUGH YOUR OWN VEHICLE THEN IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH THE LOCATION, AS ROAD IS VERY NARROW AND STEEP N CANNOT USE THE BALCONY AS THERE R LOTS OF MONKEYS

Everything was so good. Definitely coming back here soon.
