Shimla Nature Ville

It was good experience. Staff was very cooperative and property was well furnished with beautiful scenery. Food was good and overall it was good experience I really enjoyed my stay their .

Infrastructure are so old .and it is situated out side the city.it is situated at lower of summer valley.so i will gave her poor rating.

Not mentioned hotel is far away from main market. Its 7 k.m away from main market. Taxi fare 500 from hotel to main road . Food also not good.. Staff is good. No any local shop near by..suggest not prefer this book hotel.near by mall road. Main shimla road.

Location is good, view from balcony is very good, very quiet, close to the nature but 10-12 min away from highway crossing. Only food is not good.

Too bad experience

Everything was fine except it's location. Almost 5 km away from the main city. Rooms were big and neat. Staff was very helpful. Food and breakfast was also good. Location was peaceful. Cab service of mr sharma was excellent. Overall good place to stay

Hotel was almost vacant, there is no vibes of tourist place. Also the condition of rooms are not good enough. How can i get this offer

Location -away from mall road means remote. Food- average property - room was not airy & balcony not available over all ratings out of 5 it will get 2 not over all value for money.

The location is difficult to reach and very poor service. Do not stay here. Unless you do not have an option

It was a good experience staying in this hotel. Their service was pretty great and rooms were also very clean. Food quality was decent not that great.

The stay was awesome with lot of support from the staff. Especially my room attendant suraj kumar bhaiya was so kind and supportive. I have the habit of taking tea at night, even after kitchen closing he would provide me tea. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the hospitality i got. And remember to choose the room with valley view. It's the best. Its the best place to stay in summer hill, shimla

The hotel direction is not accurate, cannot reach there by using google directions, and the contact numbers provided were not answered. Tried the numbers so many times but no one answered, though after 2 rings the line was busy.

Good location and good staff behaviour and food quality is very good. But he is out of shimla. The distance is mall road and hotel 5 kms.

Very dirty, small and smelling rooms. Inspected room. Room service is very bad. Food is not good. It is situated far from shimla. It is rural area. No market and no facilities.

I like the location as it is on uphiles from shimla and the staff are so good in hospitality so overall the deal is value for money

My customer is facing the following issues with the hotels, 1. Bad Check In services given by hotel. 2. Rooms are smelly. 3. Mattress are uncomfortable, uneasy and uncomfortable as it is only for showpiece. 4. Television screen is broken and misplaced. 5. Sitting sofas are broken and in bad condition. 6. Bathrooms are dirty.
