The room was spacious, clean, and comfortabl...,The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of fresh options....Overall, this was an excellent experience.

Good view and Good Hotel. Hotel is very Good. Peaceful location. But donot trust on location, always ask hotel staff to guide. Its near new Bus stand shimla.

property is good ,about food it is expensive and average about location it is near to ISBT but hard to reach there no pickup facility provided by hotel at night i reached 8 pm. Rooms are good spacious and well maintained. staff is also good but its little bit hard to reach there

food and service is good,road to the property is narrow it is 500 m down from new isbt station shimla,outside terrace is good for enjoy evening , overall experience is good

Had an amazing stay with Euphoria Grand, the room was clean and cozy with a great view. Food was delicious and affordable.

The property was good, the room size was big, and the staff was courteous. The location of the hotel must not be seen on google as it takes you from a longer tougher route, better to call the reception before you make your way to the hotel. We had a nightmare situation because we did not do this.

Room and bathroom are okay to stay. Staffs are good and kind. Environment looks relaxed. But breakfast cost 500- per person, dinner cost 600- pp is costlier. And it is far away from the bus stop. Taxi cost is 300- from bus stop. Each and every thing need to call taxi. As it is very steep roads, we can't walk. At-least they can arrange drop and pick, while check in and check out timings.

Nice hotel and outside view, even staffs are very supportive, the only negative thing is location

Very nice hotel good proprty, location is a little far from main shimla, but proprty is good

Although distance from new isbt is less than a km, steep slope makes it tough to carry bags if you don't have vehicle

Good location. Excellent in room quality ans cleanliness, good food. Complimentary dropping at isbt was given which i appreciate very much. Very peaceful-stay away from the hustle-bustle of city.

Location is difficult to reach ( very narrow road) but property is good, clean, staff is very friendly and polite, food is good but overpriced.
