Hotel Aangan Regency

Location fine but breakfast, amenities and service was poor. Hotel not in a neat condition and not great for a family stay. Lots of hotels near by available at similar price with better service and facilities

following short coming service phone no working room was not in same block as reception and kitchen but different block. we left the room one day earlier at 8.30 am and cleared all bills. we informed make my trip representative that we are leaving earlier due to health issues and He promise to arrange one day refund after talking to property owner. we should have been informed by email after few hours about the result. but no communication till now. l have been customer of make my trip since many years. but this time I feel response is not satisfactory in time and content. should I stop using Make my trip?

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near ISBT Shimla, at a barely 4 minutes walking distance. Rooms were decent with all facilities. Complimentary breakfast was decent, nothing too fancy but good enough for budget travelers. There is a steep road opposite to the hotel that takes the traveler straight to this landmark point called 103 which is a good location to travel to all major tourist locations. All major tourist locations are within 60 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The walks in Shimla are more preferable than taking a taxi given the very slow average traffic speed. As such, the hotel is well located for all travelers.

It’s near to IRCTC. Easy to find out and staff of hotel are very cooperative. Food quality also good.

Rooms were clean and the restaurant offered good food. I will give a five star rating despite the fact that the restaurant service was very slow.

Rooms are spacious. Overall Nice and comfortable stay. Located at a Walking distance near Tutikandi ISBT.

Nice room with, well furnished,, checked in late without any problem and food was made available.

Rest all good. But kitchen call os not responsive enough. They don't pick the phone 111. Had to call reception many times to talk to kitchen staff. Bathing soap and shampoo not available in bathroom.

It was an average stay. Basic services were absent like hair dryer, slipper etc. Some staffs were also rude.

Room bed sheets are very bad cos it was not cleaned. All bed sheets, pillows, blankets was not clean they are repeat using it without donning loundry

Good location, service is good, but the condition of room and bathroom are compromised. So dirty room and bathroom and veiw are also not up to mark

Terrible hygine. Toilets were too bad. Hall carpet was too dirty. Pillows was not washed. Supply of hot water was not appropriate

They upgraded our room at a single request without any extra charge, so gentle staff they are

The room was small but enough for couples. Breakfast was good especially ch-ole bhature. Doors were good but very less light in the rooms we stayed. Washroom was hygienic but toilet paper was not provided. Cigerate packets were not left out uncleaned and room was had a smell of cigarettes which was bit uncomfortable for us. Even bed sheets were having the smell of cigarettes. Heaters and kettles were not provided but hot drinking water was provided.

We loved the hospitality in this hotel. We stayed for three days and it was a smooth stay. Everything from the location, food and staff behaviour was really good. Hassle free stay. Definitely we will suggest this to anyone who wants to visit shimla and wants to stay near new bus stand.

2 min walk from bus stand and on the way. With parking available. We booked a budgeted room. Small and cosy with all basic needs.

Place was not neat and clean. Ambience was not upto the mark
