I am writing yet again regarding my refund/reschedule request for the booking at hotel sidharth regency from 01 december 2024 to 02 december 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved. To clarify, i did not stay at the property during the mentioned dates. Therefore, i request you to: 1. Cancel the booking and process the refund. 2. Alternatively, reschedule the booking to 7th december 2024 with one extra room. Additionally, please ensure that the invoice for this booking is cancelled, as no stay occurred. This is a straightforward issue and should not require so much time to resolve.
