Good Stay
The stay was good. the Staff was very friendly, the room was neat and clean but they didn't provide basic amenities like water bottle, towel, Colgate and soap.

We provide RO water, mineral water on MRP charge. In our basic amenities we don't provide colgate.

the earlier rooms were not as shown in photo were changed after some time. The new rooms had some problem of water leakage.

we have 18 valley view rooms with different bed,almira etc.
Terrible Stay
As there was news about heavy rainfall and heavy snowfall, i cancel-led my booking a day prior. The hotel never helped me and also they declined refund

As per the cancellation policy, if any booking is cancelled before a week from the booking date then the booking amount is refunded to the client.If you cancel the booking within a week or in 2-3 days then you will not get a refund, whether you do it online or offline, this is the cancellation policy. Because of this policy, when you make a booking, it is clearly mentioned as non-refundable.Even if there was any family problem or health issue due to this we would have refunded the money but you are citing rain as the reason. Property is very neat and clean, service is super-fast and hotel staff is very friendly and humble and food is also great at a very reasonable price

It is not so good and ac is not there also hair dryer is not there, this hotel is good to stay only not other things are good
