The price was too high according to the standards and cleanliness of the Hotel. I would not suggest such hotels, no one was at the reception most of the time. Towel was too dirty, no dustbin anywhere, etc.

Truely , its a budget hotel as per as short stay is required.

They have to improve the food quality.

Room service needs a lot of improvement.

On the spot food vouchers not presented for verification. Courtesy was good. Even though there was water shortage in Shimla, the hotel management could arrange water by tanker. We got proper guidance on sightseeing.

It is waste of money even after getting 60% discount, it is not worthy at any price because rooms are dirty, wash rooms are small and dirty. Services are very poor. Bed sheets, Blankets and mattresses are very dirty and one can not use. In short this hotel is not suitable for stay.

Worst hotel ever on MakeMyTrip. i thought why MakeMyTrip doing business with this hotel. there was no dustbin in the room and room looking too much dirty, they can't fulfil the basic need of hotel. at the same time the location was worst. mall road is too far from this hotel.

Hotel location is very typical though you can reach from local bus. Rooms were very bad, they are very cold not built for cold. Geyser were there for hot water. Mall road is at the back side and you have to climb it very far to reach it. Service was bad, overcharged at the night.

The hotel is good. Staff behaviour was excellent.
