Overall very happy... location is good...near to Mall road...food is good...the staff and room service is very good.We stay here for two days.We stay in two rooms,4 members with a rabbit pet. we got all the basic amenities with cleanliness. We also got delayed checkout also

Please find my review 1. There was no proper parking. They had few parking places only, which were not sufficient. 2. Rooms were not maintained properly 3. One room electric switch board was not closed properly. 4. Bed sheets or bed spreads are maintained properly 5. Bathroom fittings were not properly installed or maintained including bolts etc... 6. Food was good 7. Food service was good 8. I don't recommend this hotel 9. Overall the stay was not pleasant 😕😔

Rate is too high as per tariff, poor room , high price, in this price you book 10 times bigger hotel than thik. And this type hotel you can book

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The mountain view from our room’s balcony was mesmerizing. The location is so convenient, and the food was exceptional. Must try the Butter Chicken and Paneer Tikka! Highly recommend Taj Palace.

Taj Palace has the perfect location near Mall Road. The mountain view from the balcony is stunning, and the terrace garden adds to the charm. The food is outstanding – the Chicken Tikka and Veg Dum Biryani were delicious. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so our dog enjoyed too! Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

As per booking amount hotal is not 3-4 star, rooms are totally old construction, no mineral water complimentry, staff in night were drunk-ed. Food in restrurent was excellent ( 100 marks )

The staff is very well-behaved, the food service person is extremely polite, and the food quality is awesome. However, the hotel rooms are small and have less space. Also, it is a bit far from Mall Road, so you can't go out and get anything easily unless you have your own vehicle. Overall, it's good.
