needs more cleanliness poor washromm poor electricity no backup poor housekeeping poor service bed is old quality

Room size was good but not as same as shown in pictures. Small and dirty washrooms. Blanket was also not cleaned.

I went to shimla for exam. The hotel was very close to the mall road and other landmarks. It was very helpful.

Room is average looking mostly time smelly washroom is untidy doors are creaking

The stay was not comfortable at all. Firstly they have provided a very small room there was no space to keep bags and secondly have provided another big room in which there was space but room was too cold due to coming air inside. The bed was small and very little space. ?

Hotel is at nice location in main road and stays engaging upto till mid night, you can go out at 11 and have maggie with the shimla city view. Its near mall road, about a 800m, hotel staff and nice in behaviour and aslo provides taxi for touring shimla. Hotel rooms and nice and clean.

Food was good. But room condition was average. It's better to book this hotel if you are single.

Wash room toilet was not clean and rooms were not ventilated

Well, there are enough rooms for everyone and good staff, but rooms are not well maintained, our room door had broken handle hanging on one screw blocking door, and floor is not well cleaned, also bathroom is not clean and not well ventilated. But location wise it is near to mall road and restaurants and railway station. Also kufri cabs are available near hotel(i don't suggest service provided by hotel in this case. Bed is good, they will provide extra bed and towels to, hot water is available. If you not planning to stay most time in here, this hotel is cheap and better.

Not good hotel staff didn't provide the rooms according to availability what ever they said at the time booking. There was no power backup at there and we faced the water problem due to power failure at there

Dear sir, hotel didn't provide those rooms whatever we have booked and hotel staff talked badly with us. Hotel promised to us provide the rooms what will be available while front rooms were available but allotted to us back rooms. I booked the family sweet room while gave me super deluxe room for one day and didn't refund me difference amount of both rooms

Hotel has very good room service and well behaved staff with follow social distancing. We have two rooms with family. Food was very good but room was very noisy you can feel vibration while someone walking through.

Dirty and smelly blanket, bad staff behavior, no light in the washroom. Having off T.V only for the showcase. Single charging point. Use only Oyo name. But not provide Oyo facilities.

Hotel cab service very poor. Driver cheats passenger after book journey and driver tell me Shimla but he goes only Kufri. He cheats me.

Very good facilities room service is very best

It was a very nice location. Experienced live snowfall.
