Review Of Samrat regency Mall Road

I don’t know how’s the hotel was booked when I was searching hotels in Udaipur using my location in Udaipur how the hotel was booked in shiml Mall Road even I didn’t found any address in booking confirmation and even not received a single call form the hotel end.

it was good ....good room good staff

According to price which is I pay Gst .... Room is very pathetic .no sleepers . No sopes .. & where you sleep no charging point and no internet is also there ... just only bed .

staff is very cooperative, especially mr. sankit & mr. sanjiv at reception.. lift missing in hotel , full marks for location for mall road lovers.. just opp. to tourism lift. .. if you quering thru contact number present online the person is short tempered..try to get your queries solved they landlines number.

I arrived 2 hours early than the check in time. I had talked at the reception stating the same 2 days before arrival. Person over call said no worries, u will get room. Once I reached, a rude person was there who said we don't have rooms as u are early.i said I am ready to pay extra for these 2 hrs. But no. Me and my daughter were roaming around on mall road for 2 hrs. When we got room it was on 4th floor and it was not at all as shown . It was very small, walla were covered with seepage. Overall giving 3 starts just for location.

No clean.no drinking water.towel and blanket very bad.

Food quality needs improvement. otherwise location and staffs are good. The ridge and lift are nearby

The hotel is located in the heart of Mall Road, just opposite the Shimla Lift, i.e. one and only pro of this hotel. The hotel has no lift, the rooms of the upper floors are hard to reach with luggage. There is no bell boy, and front desk, room service, billing all managed by single person. Rooms are very small and dingy. Bathrooms does not have proper ventilation and are very small. Although the behavior of staff was good. Food is very oily, portion size is good. Water supply is not strong and barely get any water pressure on the uppr floors.

location बहुत अच्छी थी, जो कमरा मिला था वहां से बहुत अच्छा view था। Tourism lift के नजदीक था और वहां से मॉल रोड, ridge, scandal point, gaiety theater, town hall आदि काफी नजदीक थे। होटल का खाना अच्छा था और सर्विस भी अच्छी थी।

property location is very clear and suitable to reach easily.food quality is good.amenities is everage..geezar not working condition..

It was good and the experience was also nice. The best part is the winter carnival of shimla and the hotel is at mall road and you can enjoy the lovely view of the mall road.

Good Location , Good accommodation, Mall view from room. near Tourist Lift. Room Service could be better, else I will recommend this place in Shimla Mall road.

Rooms were very small. The hotel is very expensive as per the room price.

The location of the hotel is right on the mall road near the lift which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful and the room service is also very fast. The rooms were clean and clear towels were also provided. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel was good, nice and clean. It at very prime location at mall road. The room service was good. We were 15 people and took 5 rooms, but the bed size was small room is good is for only 2 person
