I have a terrible stay at this hotel I raised multiple about this hotel like not provide cutlery for food , complimentary drinks on arrival, early check out issues.

location was good. amenities not at all upto mark. very old furniture. bathroom blocked water. service ok. checkout time mentioned was 1200 hrs but they asked us to leave at 1100 hrs.

Breakfast was fresh every morning, and service was smooth and professional.

Average expression, food teste average....rooms averages, but room servies good,...not worthy of food prices.....room as well...but housekeeping and room servies are good.

Rooms were modern and food at the restaurant was tasty. Great location on Mall Road, we could easily walk to Gaiety Complex and Kali Bari Temple. Rooms were modern and food at the restaurant was tasty.

The rooms were really nice and the views were amazing — made the stay feel special.

The evening view from the bar area was truly beautiful a very relaxing experience. Stay was good.

Hotel stay was good. I booked the family suite which was clean and amenities were provided. The view from the hotel is also very good. Only drawback would be the restaurant which is a club turned restaurant is slightly on the expensive side.

Location is good. all places are easily accessible. biggest con is that it's on top of a club where loud music is playing late into night. so if you are a early sleeper, you will be disturbed

Initially, i had reservations about staying at the hotel, particularly because i was traveling with my family, including women and young girls. However, ramesh from the reservations team provided exceptional reassurance, addressing all my concerns with great professionalism and foresight. His proactive and timely assistance instilled a sense of confidence that made our decision easier. In my humble opinion, his exemplary conduct merits a well-deserved promotion. The hotel itself is a paragon of safety and security, offering an unparalleled view of shimla in its entirety. The vistas, especially during sunset and nighttime, are truly mesmerizing. Lokesh from the service staff demonstrated remarkable courtesy and humility, further enhancing our stay. We stayed in a spacious family suite, featuring three separate bedrooms, two well-equipped bathrooms, and an array of amenities including three televisions, three ceiling fans, and three sets of sofas. The suite offered every comfort we could possibly need. Without a doubt, whenever i visit shimla again, this hotel will be my first and only choice. Shaving kit not available. Tv channel were not found active. Lot of noice from staff people working at night. Couldn't able to sleep because of their noise till 1 am.

Pathetic behavior of front desk staff especially the senior manager whose attending skills were so rude and adverse Room quality was outdated and pathetically maintained with dreaded bedsheets and curtains No ventilation or exhaust fan in wash room or entire room

Poor hygiene. Poor service. Bedsheets, towels, toilets were filthy. Staff was not helpful. Had a lot of problem in stay

It was a pleasant stay like every time. It is one of the best properties on mall road and not that costly in comparison to some other hotels

The hotel was excellent. The staff were cooperative. You need not to walk more than a few meters once you come out to the mall road lift. On the mall road. The view was fantabulous from the terrace of the hotel.

Horrible experience! booked family suite and rooms weren’t clean, half of the times room intercom wasn’t working. You have to tell them at-least twice for anything you want. Restaurant staff is highly ill- mannered and don’t even know how to talk to a customer. We had dinner at their restaurant (pyramid, they stated to scan the code and order. We ordered, paid online for the initial order. Rest of the order was placed offline. When the bill came, they asked us to pay the entire bill, including the amount already paid. When we stated, rather then the waiter stating he will get checked, he was adamant that no you have to pay the entire amount. The manager had to be called and he too was of no use. Thought he said will check, even after checking, confirming us, the bill presented was wrong. They removed initial 1 dish from the order and again brought the bill of the items already paid. One of the manager was the one who was the most ill- mannered guy. Don’t understand how can someone make him a manager as he was literally threatening us that we have cctv and everything is getting recorded. They totally spoiled the vacation of my family with this stupidity and it took them 1 hour to sort this. If they don’t have capability to implement online ordering, then why have they kept it. Technical glitch can happen with anybody but there is a way to talk to the customer.
