Hotel Greenfield Regency

Hotel is good, location is good but bit far from Mall road, hotel is expensive but still they have not provided mineral water and when I purchased mineral water they have charged double. Food and service is good but they had limited options in breakfast.

Room allotted at hotel was horrible. Later on we upgraded this by paying extra money.

The food is not good please avoid it and the distance from the mall road is approx 2 km . Check another hotel if it is available near the mall road. Safe journey

I found this hotel by you tuber video, Excellent experience in this hotel, Room clean and tidy, Awesome valley view , Helpful staff for everything if u have any issue just tell them they will soughtout, some little issue with food service but ignoreable.5km away to mall road by car , 1km by walk take 20 minutes but for youngers, Nice washroom, one hiden thing in washroom for newly married couples, i think this thing only in premium velly view room. good water supply Hot and cold, wellcome drink , RO water, Tea , Daily room cleaning , overall it's Good stay.

Hotel Property is Good. Location is decent enough, not very closed to Mall Road but you may have a 20-25 minutes walk and can reach Mall Road. Car Parking was available, atleast for me. Room was Neat and Clean and comfortable, however no toiletries only 1 bad soap for hand wash, that was a big miss. Food was average, not too many options for breakfast, atleast they could have kept some fresh fruits or juice and some Idlis etc. In room dining service was quick and decent. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a good comfortable decent stay, Very good Value for Money

Overall, it was a great stay! I found this property through a YouTuber and wanted to mention that the food was really good, and the room size exceeded my expectations. You should definitely consider this property. The only thing to note is that it is located about 200 meters downhill from the main road and 800 meters from Mall Road.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 5 nights, and it was an incredible experience. The hospitality provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. There are no flaws at all; the parking is safe and secure, and the staff is very polite, offering quick service so you never have to wait. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The food, whether for breakfast or dinner, is absolutely delicious. The owner, Aditya, is a very kind person. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Shimla with your family. You can trust this place without hesitation. A special mention to Mr. Hemraj Sharma, the host, who made us feel very comfortable. He is genuinely kind and speaks with great warmth. Anyone staying here should definitely meet Mr. Hemraj, as he ensures your stay is nothing short of perfect. Sanjay, who manages housekeeping, is also a wonderful person. Sugam Ji at the reception is very helpful and has a great demeanor. Overall, I rate this experience 5 stars. And once again, Mr. Hemraj Sharma is the standout person on the entire hotel staff. You can confidently book your stay here without any worries.
