Hotel is centrally located.Close to mall,ample parking space & close to railway stn.Rooms are good & have many categories.Better to go with Premium size to enjoy the space.Food quality is excellent & service prompt by the restaurant & housekeeping staffs.

The food tasted good but with the limited option. Had breakfast and dinner buffet which was a great decision. Room sizes were a bit smaller than it appears but still considerate. Mall road is very near to the hotel, which was a great advantage

The hotel rooms and in general needs a little renovation except for the restaurant which is new and fresh.The rooms were a good size with a nice view,beds comfortable, some tables shabby , cupboards old ,no kettle in the room for self service for coffee and tea. These are things which should be improved for sure considering the price.However once we got used to the above there are some good things to point out.The location is good right below one end of the mall road, though its a steep climb walking up. Pine trees and greens around wt a view,food was very nice esp at dinner.Though breakfast was complimentary no buffet so we had to order from the menu.The staff was very courteous and nice . Overall a good stay except for a few of the above points.

Room was old ! Door lock was break ! Balcony was totally smelly ! Old furniture in room ! Almirah was also without lock ! Main think room door didn’t lock properly due to its lock breakage !

A old retro style hotel. Good parking area. Easy to reach. Near to mall road. 1.2 km wall. Food was good. Rooms are retro style and newly build luxurious bathrooms. 8.5 out of 10 points.

Location of hotel is about 800 mts from mall road. condition of room as as good as 3 star hotel. complementary foods are on order from menu card. Behavior and attitude of staff is very very good. will recommend this to any one.

They stay was worth every penny, they upgraded the room and gave the best possible room. It’s in an easily accessible place. The staff is very polite and warm with their services. The food was good, we opted for breakfast and dinner package so we enjoyed thoroughly. We got hot water in bathroom for bath as and when needed which was delight. Overall it was a 10/10 for us. Restaurant staff if super accommodative and helpful. Keep up the good service.
