Hotel Deepwoods

Room concerned it was ok. But food not at all, they are trying to get additional money from us on room heater, where it is already included in package. After long conversation he agreed to deduct that is almost 1000 rupees extra for 3days. And the cost of the food much expensive than the out side good hotel. For example: Chicken Tika was Rs.1750/ - and also other menu is terrible.

Nice hotel

The location of hotel is far, hence the visitor is indirectly dependent on the hotel for food (specially dinner). The food does not match the quoted price. Couples or family people who prefer to stay more time on hotel away from crowd, it would be a good spot for them.

It's very normal hotel with poor service. Hotel & MMT doesn't have proper understanding regarding the tax amount. Hotel is charging extra tax amount though it's already paid during booking. MMT never helps in such a matter & just escape. Afterthis experience I don't prefer MMT for any of my future vacation.

Ideal for travelers who want to avoid the bustle of the main city. Some of the rooms overlook the valley, providing a great view. For folks who do not like the 'quiet', stay away.

Hotel is very far from Shimla, it takes Rs 600 to reach, l allege the hotel for breach of contact, it's sold my booked family suite to anyone and transfer my booking to woodrina which has no four persons accommodation, room provided to me is very bad I recommend to cancel the hotel from MMT.

If you want to stay in Deep woods, don't reach there by late night. Recommended to reach there before sunset. Its not like hotel (Its Homely Stay). Suggested to go only if you are in group of at least 4 members (if you are single OR only 2, can feel haunted - But its nothing like that). Once sun rise, its amazing to see your self above all hills and view from the balcony is too good. Its one of the best photo capturing location. Hotel is good only for stay (should manage food outside from the hotel) and yes, beware of monkeys - they can be in your balcony.

This hotel is not on a good locality. Not safe in nights. No proper road for car, but in day time, it is good.. According to me, you can take another one but not this hotel. In room there is no facility except TV. In night, it is not safe.

They will cut your throat for sure. Food is sold at 7 star hotel price and it's tasteless. Located at 13 kms from Shimla city. No near by food facilities, isolated store, no water during peak winter and they charge you 250 extra for heater. That was really strange. Office desk is not cooperative at all. If you choose a taxi pick-up from this location drivers will charge you 300 bucks extra since it's far away from the city. They claim kufri is a nearby sightseeing spot, but you can smell only the horse dung and nothing else. Trust me never visit that place even in ur dreams for instant. Overall, I would never recommend this place for staying. Please try some other good hotels in the city itself.

I stayed here for a week. It is a very good hotel with a very cooperative staff. Food is also good but little expensive. The main problem is the location. It's is not easily accessible. Very bad road on a car. Otherwise its lovely.

Din't meet the location of the hotel.

They mention room amenities which you would not find in the hotel like fruit basket, mineral water bottle, food menu is limited to hardly 2-3 things in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Balcony sit outs are not allowed and also sofa unit, kitchenette are on sharing basis with other guests which means if they are sitting there whole day then you are supposed to stay only in your room which too congested.

1. They claim to have parking space but i didnt get any parking space. there were many cars parked along the road side and some how i managed to find some space 2. The road to hotel is terrific, having lots of stones and its quite difficult to climb that road to reach hotel 3. They claim on make my trip, to provide wi-fi connectivity, but that was also not available. Due to non payment of bills their wi-fi had already got disconnected 4. The staffs were quite ill behaved, no one picked the phone calls and we had to go to reception each time even if we needed a glass of water

Can visit again in the hotel.

Beautiful location in a peaceful environment. A perfect place to relax. I would like to thank MakeMyTrip in helping me to find this little paradise. On top of it the Hotel staff is very sincere & cooperative. P.S.- Make sure that the rooms with balcony are available.
