We chose the hotel intentionally due its location. It is slightly away from the hustle bustle of the mall and the ridge. The available Staff was really helpful. The room and the bathroom are really spacious. The view from the room is also very good. Food was decent.

The room given to me was not matched with the photo shown by makemytrip as FAMILYSUITE. bathroom was not cleaned. There was smell in Almirah.

We had 3 days stay in the amar palace, last day hotel stay experience was terrible, Geezer and water tape is not working properly, as telephone in room is not in working condition we had to take stairs, all the way down to reception, when we call for help and room service a old man in reception so arrogant, they give a look and behave rudely like we stay in their hotel for Free. Not except such type of Behavior without any reason, due to this one such incident ur tour has been ruin and have a bad Experience/ Memory for Lifetime. Although a lady (owner ) in reception is humble and caring about their guest. I Hope u guys look into this matter seriously

property location is good but difficult to get taxi to bus stand . its above mall road so shimla important points are nearby by walking distance i had breakfast and its was good i asked for heater but it was not available the property is old and geyser were also old

The staff were professional, courteous, and consistently attentive to guest needs. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained excellent hygiene standards. The on-site restaurant offered a good variety of international and local cuisine, with breakfast being particularly impressive in terms of both quality and selection. The fitness center and other facilities were well-maintained and easily accessible. There was no warm water in geyser. It created so much of problems in winter more in the month of january. Bathroom was also not so good.

Property is located at height. Approach is difficult. Rooms are average. Riz and mall road are at walkable distence.

When booked it was showing 3 star hotel, but i think it must be 1 star. Location is good but hard work to reach the hotel with luggages and kids, also hotel breakfast and food arrangements are with the next door hotel, where monkeys are p food directly from the kitchen, god knows are we getting hygiene and safe food for us or not, couple of family member already got sick, my daughter has vomiting mid night and we couldn’t get hot water because hotel is turning off hot water power supply during night. We paid for 24hr hot water, they provide extra mattresses and it was hidden charge, but extra mattresses could not fit in the room. It was worst ever experience we have. Also room heater is very small and not effective hardly suitable for the workplace under the table and they providing it for room. I would not stay there even if they provide free stay.

Everything is good but. To reach that place is very terrible. Its in the too higheted place. No bus transfer available

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is. Very far from bus stand and no vehicle reaches that place so you have to walk to the location which is a steep climb. The views from hotel are fantastic and it is very close to mall road as well as jakhoo temple.
