I book a Super Delux Room, but they provide me Normal delux room, Pillow are damaged, when I say I pay extra for super delux room , they say delux and super delux room price are same, worst experience, I ever saw

did not stay... even thay did not reschedule my date someone death in family. option was there but did not get it. total rubbish people.

I am writing yet again regarding my refund/reschedule request for the booking at hotel sidharth regency from 01 december 2024 to 02 december 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved. To clarify, i did not stay at the property during the mentioned dates. Therefore, i request you to: 1. Cancel the booking and process the refund. 2. Alternatively, reschedule the booking to 7th december 2024 with one extra room. Additionally, please ensure that the invoice for this booking is cancelled, as no stay occurred. This is a straightforward issue and should not require so much time to resolve. Bad experience, i just booked this hotel my make my trip and photo are
Room are very small. There is no meaning for deluxe and super deluxe. And there is no parking area.

Average Stay
Location is far to mall road, hot water is getting after 15 to 20 mins only. Luke warm only. Reception’s have to learn at-least english language to communicate better. Remaining all are good. Nearer to rammandir

My experience was in this hotel good but not best and manager is not respond for quickly any type of services. And blanket is dirty and bedsheet was used.

Awesome Experience
The overall experience is good..... nice place staff is good it's near about the mall road and one loopback is need to go anywhere it should be climb mountain.....

dear guest,we are not happy with your review,sir you have booked standard room non view with us but unfortunately standard room was not vacant so without any charges we upgraded your room to super deluxe which is with mountain view so suffocation is not possible in that room then why this type of ratings
Simple 2 star hotel
There is no ventilation. The room is clean and decent bathroom. But would rate it average. There is no air movement. The owner was nice to accommodate our last minute rescheduling

Service is good but the rooms are small
familyGood service location not reachable by vehicle need to walk, but porter service available by hotel location is inside market so good for shopping rooms are very small
