Good Stay
I had a very pleasant stay at Treebo Varuna in Shimla. The rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is quite convenient for those who don’t mind a bit of walking. It’s around a 20–25-minute uphill walk from Shimla Railway Station, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests or families with small children. However, for younger travelers, the location is ideal. (Cabs are also available from station) The hotel is situated right at the start of the Mall Road barricading area, making it easy to access local attractions. The main stretch of Mall Road is about a 30-minute uphill walk, but the walk is scenic and enjoyable. There are plenty of nearby shops, local dhabas, restaurants, parlors, and salons—everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast served was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend Treebo Varuna for younger or active travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay with friendly service and easy access to Shimla’s key spots.

Poor Stay
very horrible stay, The hotel did not have its own parking, and the hotel's AC was also not working. Despite complaining several times, the AC was not working and there were not many options for food either.

starting with the location, the hotel seemed to be located on the main road, but it turned out to be accessible only by a steep climb. secondly, the images made it seem to be much better room and washroom, but the actual room was not up to the standards and the washroom was very bad. the images were deceiving.

Very small room,bedside was only open from one side,was uncomfortable.Washroom was also too small,there was no leg space near the western seat was too comfortable.There was no phone number provided to call them as we were not finding the location. refund for the next day the support was telling me that she will get back to me but nothing was done.
