I had a delightful stay at Treebo. The room was well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the room service was prompt and courteous. I am really thankful to Mr. Sanjeev for facilitating an early check-in, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for a pleasant experience.

Poor Stay
Way is broken due to rain, there's no parking facility, Room : Avg room condition and not suitable for family. Food: Very Avg food. They don't have any soft drinks. Ambience: Outside siting area is good. Parking: Path is completely damaged. before booking check with hotel. Bathroom: Bad condition, closest is damaged. better find someone other option.

Absolutely No hospitable environment. Untrained staff. Tea ordered at 6.18 received at 7.58. No one responsibile present

not good experience
Hotel location is good but it is old property , the bathrooms were not good . There is no hot water . Breakfast is just 3 items

Stay was average, washrooms can have better. Sink pipes were throwing all the water to washroom as these pipes are not connected to the pipeline. Shimla is one of the coldest place in north india and they have provided ac blanket to us, after asking them we got the blanket but i think it should be the part of basic prep.

Service was too slow, had to ask at least 3 times to get the room cleaned which took them almost 3 hours. The quality of the mattress that they provided for the third guest was poor

The hotel is in a very nice location overlooking pine forests. Easily accessible by public transport friendly staff room was spacious and well furnished maintenance & housekeeping need to improve.

Good service and staffs are supportive. Breakfast are also good. The room is okay in size for two people. There is one issue that this hotel is on remote location, can say 3km far from mall road where limited market is available. Rest all good. Thanks treebo team.

# water supply was not available in the bathroom, provided by one bucket after request # reception was not available after 12pm, telephone switched off up to 7am. # bucket water not provided in the night. # reception and workers' attitudes were excellent. # taxi arranged for local visit. # restaurant was good.

Poor Stay
Rooms are not properly cleaned. Amenties availability after u check in the room and call room service. Available kettle is very dirty condition not washed. Washroom geaser is not working and also in the morning no water available in washroom/taps. No fans for ventilation. Overall bad experience.

Hi i stayed in balcony room. Staff was good. First day breakfast was good, another day was just average including puri sabji without tasteless. Overall hotel experience was good. Like location and ambience was very good.
