Hotel location is good but the size of the room is very conjusted need to work on this for better quality and MMT need to specify the room pictures at the time of booking that you booked this room. After reaching hotel we dnt know that we got economy room or deluxe room that we have booked. So you need to specify the room details at the time of booking. Thanks

This was a terrible experience staying with Hotel Mayur. The staff especially the Manager was very rude

Good Hotel , Best location on The Ridge, Well behave of staff. Near Jaku Hunuman temple ropeway. Beside Chirst churche simla.

Hotel Staff was so supportive and polite. Staff behaviour was so good and they helped and supported us in blackout situation.

The receptionist was welcoming and the stewards were very helpful. Only the tea needs to be improved. My stay there was fantastic, peaceful and meaningful.

Location of this hotel is right next to christ church shimla, which is the main attraction of the valley. I often book this hotel because of the connectivity to various attraction such as mall road, church etc. However this time, the hotel provided me a smaller room, also due to the renovation hotel's upper floor, construction noises may provide discomfort. Apart from it, i give full ratings for it's hospitality & location. Avoid ordering food, as it's below average. Else it was a pleasant stay.
