very poor washroom on top floor, shower not working also issue with the comode, bathroom door was broken not closing

Very bad hotel and smell. Itni Banda Marje washroom very very bad, bathroom. mein kabhi na koi Jaye Paani tab Chali rahi thi Pani Ganda.

Overall good hotel but need some maintenance. There restaurant food is awesome. Friendly budget hotel

The location is quite convenient as it is at walking distance from old bus stand. The road is quite steep so it's really tiring but it's mountain what else do you expect. Also the mall road is also at walking distance from hotel. The market just below the hotel is very convenient, you can find everything here. The room was clean, the linens were clean but there are stains, could be cleaner. My room's intercom was not working and the water supply in washroom got cut for a little bit of time once. Overall it's worth the price. The convenient location is the hilight.

We stayed 2 nights but no cleaning happened. Bed sheet and towels not changed. Not any hot water cattle there. Big problem in winter night and morning. Only food quality is nice but costly.

Hotel was good. The only problem was with hot water in bathroom, and wifi was not available. Breakfast was good.

There is no parking, no proper assistance and they are smoking weed and pot in hotel rooms. The room is a total disaster. There is no proper help from hotel staff. Rooms also below average.

Location was good. I booked room along with food breakfast and lunch dinner but they have restrictions on food which was awkward for us. It should be correct or they should give clear instructions during booking. Room was good but bathroom was not upto mark, geeser was not working, staff was good

Hotel staff behaviour is not good. I am 4 time this hotel book but this time not ok

No water in toilet and bath no wifi availability network on higher floor lift not available damaged amenities like fan or toilet seat cover, electric switch etc. Dirty floorings mate tearing damaged badseat also uncomfortable mattress so many time calling but not responding us. Even after 10 pm telephonic facility is deny for room service and full night facing water intolerance in toilet. Bad feelings like money wastage.

Well hotel amber is just okay type of hotel. Had family room at top floor without lift. Food was average. Otherthen that it was good stay at amber

Good hotel, Good food and tasty very neat to Mall Road , But little costly

Bathroom and bedsheets were not properly clean and staff was little rude. They were not even clearly answering our question.

Room is well maintained and good service

The hotel is situated on a very narrow road and you have to walk straight up to go to the mall road. The blanket they gave us was very dirty. The behaviour of the management was good and helpful. They have a terrace restaurant and it looks very nice. Considering the location and hygiene pricing of other hotels the rooms should start at 800-1000 rupees.

Got the room with the view from the top floor. The view was great. Hotel was perfectly located as it was located very near to mall road, ram bazar, lower bazar. Old bus stand. The food was amazing too.
