when I open the door I seen lot's of cockroaches. it was unexpected experience. they have to do pest control on time

property, location, amenities and services were great. well maintained and great locality of property

The stay was good; but the cleanliness, room amenities & washrooms are not good. There is water seepage through the ceiling. Moreover, it is suitable for couples and not for family stays.

I tried calling make my trip also, the rooms looked fine but the staff was very welrd and scary. I was travel-ling alone and didn’t feel comfortable or safe. I checked out 1 hour after checking in. Makemytrip even promised to get back to me but no one did.

The linens were used and dirty and the bed was uncomfortable there mirror was broken the washroom jet spray were to be repaired cleanliness wasn't taken care of very disappointed

On reaching the hotel a small room was allotted while a bigger room was assured at the time of booking. Nevertheless, the manager did the needful.

The stay was good. Everything was ok. Washroom need to be check properly was not up to the mark.

Overall it's an average experience. The receptionist was lil rude or may be trying to act bossy meanwhile the room was small and average not that good.

Everything was good except the entrance of the hotel, the interior of the room was very nice, the staff was very helpful

When i entered the room lights were switched off. So that i can't see hoe dirty it was. Someone was sleeping in bed. Luckily i carried my pillow case and bedsheet.

Could not have dreamt of a more better hotel room than this at this price, very satisfied.

Property is dirty and stinky. Despite good number of staff they are not keeping it clean. I didn’t try foods and have no compliant with service.

At the reception, there is a 24-hour service. We were given a fresh, stylishly decorated room that was ultramodern and high tech.
