Average Stay
The experience was average. Because the cleanliness of the room is not good pillows covers are not washed. There was smell in the room floor is also not clean properly. The room is for two persons but there is only one chair for sitting. We had our dinner on the floor.

Terrible Stay
had one of the worst experiences at this property. I checked in around 1:00 AM, and from the very beginning things went wrong: The AC was not working at all. Despite informing the staff, no proper solution was provided. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional – instead of helping, they kept troubling me, which felt like harassment at midnight. I was forced to shift my bedding at 3:00 AM, and the replacement bedding and blanket provided were in terrible condition I had to struggle till 3:30 AM without rest, which completely ruined my stay. On top of that, I had to travel back to Lucknow the next morning, and due to a sleepless night, my journey became even more stressful. This place completely failed to deliver basic hospitality and comfort. Absolutely not worth the money and definitely not recommended. Strongly advise others to avoid booking this property.

Excellent Stay
The best part was that we started getting bookings and discounts from Make My Trip, due to which we stayed for almost 15 days. The hotel staff and restaurant were very good.

Good stay but bad room service
Room is good and food is also exceptional like every item.. But the only fault is about the late room service. Room service is too slow means once you call them they’ll get back with the service after 1hr around.. rest all things are fine
