Facility is very poor... The room is very poor .. AC was too bad , no hanger in room to put the cloths neither outside nor in almirah.. shower is not working... Hotel is 3 star how the hotel system gives this shit hotel a 3 star .. very bad Staff members also not cooperating.. Very bad experience..

Overall Terribel Experience
Rooms were smelly. Bad Odour Staffs not Polite Breakfast was not good. Limited option and that also not cooked well. Water tap of washbasin fell down the moment I opened for water. Only soap in toiletries. No shampoo/toothbrush kit/Comb. No complementary Packaged water bottle.

Terrible Stay
That property was so terrible, there is no amenities, no geyser, no water supply. Room was so dirty and smells like sewage. And what can I say about staff so rude even they can't offer us drinking water. They ask me to pay for the bottle first. I'm so disappointed . It's my humble request to unlist the *hotel metropolitan* jaipur from your service otherwise you'll get this review everytime form every customer. So pathetic.

Small room size, bad service. Toilets is not clean properly, costly rooms serving by mmt, which rooms also available in direct 1400 we pay 2500 by mmt, bad experience

Hotel is not serious about hygiene & cleaniness. Customer will not have a good vibe from the way the hotel.

it very very bad behaviour and by mistake we are booking single occupancy but we need double occupancy so they charge ₹500 extra for the same room which we are already booked and we want to modify in double occupancy but the error occurred because they are charged in their system .
