very pleasant stay! staff was very polite and helpful especially mr. Deepak. he was very kind and patient. rooms were neat and clean.

Staff have beahver are so bad I say I want 2 hours late chek out because my vehicle are deily but staff are not help me he say I will not provide you and the are mantion before booking I will see the are mantion 2hours late chekout available this is reason I will book hotel and after I will chek in he say I will not provide you I say you mantion he not reply me and go it's very bad 😞 And breakfast also not ok

It was great experience at Maru casa, Food was delicious, staff behaviour was great. Only three issues: 1) hot water not available 24x7 and 2) AC control is not possible as it is centralised. 3) Can not open window.

Strictly a decent 3 star hotel that's good but could have been great. We planned for 2 nights but extended for one more because we felt comfortable here. Pros: 1) located in the heart of the city and slightly isolated from the hustle and bustle of sindhi camp bus stand. The road outside is wide, and good space for car parking. 2) rooms are cosy and comfortable. 3) service and staff are helpful and accommodating. The cons: 1) no hot water for washbasin and shower 2) wi-fi quality was very poor and ultimately we had to use own data for internet 3) breakfast timing is till 9:30 am, which is too early. It should be till 11 am.

Very dull hotel no proper lights the room were stinking no hot water available in hotel no room staff was available, hot water was provided in bucket after 2 hrs of waiting it was ridiculous. Please refund my amount for this stay.

The rooms are not clean. Room service is extremely slow, have to call multiple times. Too much noise starting from 5 am in the morning. The matress is smaller than the bed and keeps shifting. Not a comfortable stay at all. Despite getting the sheets changed, they were dirty.

When i am arrived this hotel they cannot give any welcome drink and socket is not working also a window is not opening so i can't breath fresh and also i say the manager can u arrange the ice they refused and say you can go outside and purchase the own price.

It is good but there is no hot water in the toilet and only 2 to 3 channels are working on tv. No ott no cable connection and no youtube on smart tv. I think they have to work on it. Overall the staff is very calm and good but this things they have to correct

We had good recent stay at maru casa. The staff is helpful and courteous. Some points to note - 1) i don't know how the rooms compare to other hotels in jaipur, but seemed a bit small to us (kind of what you may get in mumbai. If you plan to be outside the entire day, and come to the hotel only for sleeping, then this shouldn't really be a problem. 2) the location is what was the most convenient. We had already decided that our 3 dinners in jaipur will be dal bat-ti at santosh bhojnalay, kachoris at rawat mishtan bhandar and lal maas at handi restaurant. All these 3 are walking distance from this hotel. So in summary, i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a value for money proposition.

They stay is just average, highly disappointed with the ac, i have never seen such the condition of ac that bad, it's close to the city but it's old construction
