Property condition and clean
The location found an easy way the property was so amazing, good staff behavior cleaning was so amazing good condition room. Service was also so good

Poor Stay
Location of hotel is good. Rooms are spacious. But bathroom is pathetic not cleaned. Water leakage in bathroom. Smelly. Wc is way pathetic u can't even think of using it. Linens are not washed. Stains all over the bedsheet. Unhygeinic

Average out side food not allowed and food quality is not very good, ok ok as per quality price high of the foods

Not at all safe and secure for family and couples
familyHello, very pathetic and horrible stay. this is not a hotel, but rather a lodge called the adda. Not at all safe or secure for families. No hygiene, no maintenance, pathetic arrival experience, dirty rooms and beds full of dust and horrible stains and at the end they will force you to pay for those stains. This is just a "d grade ' lodge, suitable only for short stay. Family and couples please stay away from stay bridge by phg hospitality.

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback and concerns as per the staff update it was the spots at bed sheet. As you said it was old so we have policy if you face any such case inform at the reception at the check inn time so they can rectify the issue at same time. But at the time of check out that create the confusion for the staff. If was done by current guest or old guest. Just want to update you few of the associates is change in the management now
Location is very good
Last time i was very happy so i booked again but this time my experience was very bad, there was no cleaning in the room especially dirty bedsheet, bathroom's doormat, there was wine bottle in my room (may be from last guest has left.

First stay after covid
It was my first stay after covid. And this property and staff took all the care of cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene amazing work by phg hospitality kudos, there staff is very well trained and they will go beyond their line to help you out. Food was very very good
