The bed was very dirty with hairs of male and female,staff didn't even carry the luggage inside the room nor did they come and show the room,they just gave the key and told to go that particular floor to that particular room

groupThe locality was good; but the rooms are not very clean and properly maintained. There is nothing in the name of amenities. The front desk guy was not at all flexible. He charged us for the stay of 2 year old baby as well - couldnt even give us clean water kettle- it was dirty and smelly. They had to be reminded for every single thing like towels, toiletries. The towels they gave us had holes in it - old and torn. Its the issue with fab hotels. Never booking it again

groupWe had a nightmarishly experience with this hotel. Will never recommend it if you are travelling as a couple or group. The vibe was not good and the hotel extorted extra money from us and forced to book one more room considering the festivities rush as we had no other option. Such experiences would led to financial and mental loss for you.

Nice stay in affordable price. Deluxe ac room good location and staff were very polite and helpful. Overall experience was good. Just a little advise to the staff that kindly ask to wait for sometime while providing the service cause if we doesn't open the door for a while they just try to push the door.

familyWe didn't even check in to the hotel as it was that pathetic. The lobby was having this pungent smell. Construction was going on on the first floor. No lift. Room was on 4th floor. Which you could reach only after passing through the construction site. Total waste of money
