Hotel Kartikey

1) restaurant is pathetic. No wonder no one takes food there. Very high green chilly. No one asked at the time of taking order. 2) room quality is also below standard. The handles of bathroom is broken. 3) window doesn't close 4) hardly any guests in the hotel. That shows the quality of hotel even in peak season like december.

I booked for superior t ripple room but they give us a normal room. When asked they said this is our best room. The room was pathetic. Insects and cockroaches were there. Worst room ever i booked through mm t

Room is not clean as per expectation and room services is not fare so that this hotel need improvement.

Good service and good staff.

Require upgradation in every field. Hotels rooms, services etc. Tv. Bathroom. Sofa bedsheet. Light.

1) breakfast was complimentary in my package. but quantity they provide in complimentary breakfast is not sufficient. suppose i take aaloo parantha they give only one. if i want to have another i have to pay.2) their claim of free wi-fi is false. their wi-fi works only in reception area at ground floor, not in rooms which are all on upper floors.. 1) staff is courteous.2) food is good.3) room is clean.

Catering service is poor and management id not good enough

The hotel staff need to be focused on the cleaning. The room was not as clean as it has been shown in the picture and specially bathroom. Also there staff are not hotel industry professional. Reception staff was good and corpora-ting but staff like water need some training.

Location is good. Average service provider.

Rooms are in good condition, good location and gives good service to their customer

Wifi not working. Service is very bad. And damage television remote. And behaviour of staff members is average

In a complimentary break fast, only paratha and bread butter. For 3 days same breakfast. Very dirty room, days TV was not working. Ac was also not working. Services are third class. Never visit again.

I booked this hotel just because of hotel location but I have regret on this decision. As they don't even know the meaning of service and hospitality. Also they are behaving like that they are making a favour to the guest if providing free breakfast. There staff don't have knowledge for their own policy and after that they try to get charge the customer for the same.

They want extra charge to stay here, not cooperative staff, food was poor, rude behavior of this property owner, staff was illiterate, do not rent this property, they disturb in every single hours.

Not maintain property, next time will not stay in this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights . Good behavior of staff, rooms and corridor were clean, good to stay . Food is good not so much spicy . I would like to mention about the taste of tea is very good . Would like to stay again .

Decent stay and easily accessible. Food however is not up to mark. Rest all room service and cleanliness is good. If food isn't your priority and just need a place to stay that's cheap. Then it's a good option

Near to railway station, rooms OK, facilities not so much, bad rooftop restaurant, bad food with high prices, no hot water even asked for so many time, lifts not available, don't fall prey on local sightseeing or any guide tourism

Our experience is average, hotel was good but power charging plug is not working and staff was also co-operative and room lock is also broken that need to be repair so person can easily lock the room.
