I was looking forward to my stay here since it was first time in a homestay but my experience here kind of made me i should've managed my expectations. There was fault in the air conditioner in our room and on the first day, the power in our room was out the entire night. 2/3 days in our stay, this issue persisted until they changed our rooms. Even though the staff was cordial and accommodating our request, i feel like these issues shouldn't have come up in the first place. Especially when i'm paying for certain amenities. Air conditioning being of utmost importance considering the heat and how, since we travel-led all day, we just needed a good night's sleep. Also, i did pay extra for breakfast to be included but certain options of my choice weren't available even though they were on the menu. So like i said, no doubt the staff was answerable at all times and accommodated our requests on time, certain issues shouldn't have come up in the first place.
