Weird Smell in the room throughout .. No room Service .. Nobody is interested in attending a customer

I found this place from MMT & Good place to stay. I recently stayed at Ocean prime and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean & comfortable. Overall experience is good

The hotel had the cigarette smell and dont have rules to do not distrb the other guests. The staff oc the hotel disturbs the guest even at 1200 hrs at night also

Room was average .. staff was good..ac and fan was making noise ... bathroom is good ...bed was average

Bad experience to stay in this hotel. All services including food and amenities were below poor standard.

Hotel is new , clean, with no view, at good location nearby airport, staff is supportive,only problem faced is we have informed them about early checkout and do not disturbance, however the new guests ( students)arrived midnight and causing disturbance on floor pranking bells shows mismanagement, However it is value for money

Had heard that hotel overcharges but overlooked. While exiting the hotel reception manager , I might have to make payment, stay charges were prepaid and confirmed on check in.

Excellent stay under budget. Walkable distance from Jaipur international airport. Rooms are clean and amenities are sufficient

seems the major problems were: ​Unsuitable Bedding: A double-sized cot with two single mattresses that kept separating, causing discomfort. ​Faulty A/C (QC?): The air conditioning was not working properly. ​Shaking Fan: A potentially unsafe and certainly annoying ceiling or standing fan. ​Security/Safety Concern: An unlocked window due to a missing latch. ​Poor Connectivity/Entertainment: Very poor Wi-Fi, and the television couldn't connect.

Good hotel with nice location,nice staff and neat and clean room with bed

Where?

Worst, there was no basic amenities like water bottles, almost asked them 3 times to get water, staff charged me for what I haven’t even ordered, staff are not professional when it comes to discuss/talk.

Short rooms , no dining hall to eat , no restaurants, hotel can be used for late check in one night if you want to travel by plane as it’s very near to the airport
