Worst, there was no basic amenities like water bottles, almost asked them 3 times to get water, staff charged me for what I haven’t even ordered, staff are not professional when it comes to discuss/talk.

it was mentioned in booking voucher that airport transport is free but they refuse to provide the same citing one or other reason. All food item as mentioned in menu was not avaliable there. Food was very oily. No water was served .Roomservice was terribly poor. Room size was small not as mentioned in your site. Though room a d bathroom were clean

PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS HOTEL WITH FAMILY AUR AS COUPLE.. IT'S NOT A HOTEL WHERE YOU ARE SAFE WITH FAMILY.. I HAVE VISITED THIS HOTEL AS COUPLE.. AT NIGHT THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE ON THE FLOOR, I HAVE COMPLAINT TO THE RECEPTION 2-3 TIMES.. MIDNIGHT AT 12:50 AM ONE PERSON, WHO WAS COMPLETELY DRUNK, ENTERED IN TO MY ROOM DIRECTLY. THAT ROOM IS WITH CARD LOCK, I HAVE LOCKED MY ROOM, BUT STILL HE ENTERED IN MY ROOM, SO ITS CLEAR THAT THEY USED THE MASTER KEY, AND IT'S NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF HOTEL STAFF.. ONE MAN SAID BAD WORDS TO MY WIFE. I WAS TRYING TO CALL POLICE BUT THE HOTEL STAFF REQUESTED ME TO NOT FILE ANY COMPLAINT.. WE WERE ALONE SO MY WIFE REQUESTED ME TO PASS THE TIME TILL MORNING.. MY CHECKOUT TIME WAS 12 PM BUT WE LEFT THE ROOM AT 8 AM .. I HAVE COMPLAINT TO MMT CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER .. BUT PLEASE WHENEVER YOU PLAN TO VISITED THIS HOTEL, DONT VISIT WITH FAMILY OR AS COUPLE.. Property is good but the staff is limites and service is very slow ! The reception guys are rude !

The overall experience was good, but the lack of soap and the extremely hot water in the bathroom made bathing very uncomfortable.

The merit point was staff were all well behaved and good as they are new to this hotel and the hotel itself is new one... proximity to airport... but as per mmt hi tea was not provided to us and mineral water bottle was also not provided...they changed our room...first of all they gave us one of the worst room then later they shifted us to another room which is very small....for each and everything that is required by the customer atleast you have to call 3-4 times to reception..rest if u want a short stay then it is good..but for long stay it is not recommended
