Couldn’t contact the owner directly had to ask the guys at reception, then there was no towel in the room and there was electricity cut for few minutes during the stay . Other than that room was good , ambience was nice.

Denied check in at hotel at midnight saying room is not available even after confirmation from mmt. No support from mmt customer service. Fabhotel then changed the property to some other which was 7-8 kms away and i had to travel at midnight there. This other property was worst u have even stayed in. Broken toilet seat, no water, no towel, reception and kitchen didn’t pick call in morning. Had to skip breakfast.

There is no clear entrance pr reception for this stay. the contact numble given on the ticket does not response. Terrible hospitality, no clear entrace, terrible rooms. My worst hotel experience ever.

The hotel staff manager was disappointing. No welcome gesture and room was provided with delay despite reaching on time. No service. No proper staff to attend at reception and further kid was not allowed to play at sports area. Breakfast was insufficient

Service was pathetic with no staff of our hotel to attend us at the reception. Multiple hotels in the same building. We waited long for someone to attend us. Finally, after waiting for a long time, the manager at the property appeared with an unwelcoming gesture and alleged us responsible for the delay in getting the room. He was very impolite and disappointing as he asked us to fill out the visitor register with the name of the person whom we come to meet despite explaining that we came here for a tour and not to meet any one. He even forced us to write name and taunted with comment that why we are not writing it in the manner it was mentioned by previous guest. It was no end to sufferings when my child was restricted from playing in the sports area while manager confirmed the pleasure is included in the stay. Please don't expect any service and breakfast offered with one tea and one dish with insufficient quantity. If you are expecting a good breakfast, it's a waist.

Bill not provided by hotel despite repeated requests. Sent all details also but not provided. Rooms also not up to mark. Amenities not up to mark compared to tar-riff

The room was dirty and smelled terrible, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom was covered in mold. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and the manager was even worse. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be filing a complaint with the agency that booked my stay." "Booking through this agency was a nightmare. Worst experience ever and no food service if we did not add at booking time and service is too late.

The washroom was not properly maintained. Used towels in the room not cleaned even after check inn. Ac not working properly.
