The room is spacious but not clean and lacked basic amenities as water ,kettle etc. Hotel was located on main road but one should choose other.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! My recent stay at this hotel was awful. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome from the start. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a horrible smell. Housekeeping was clearly nonexistent. There was no room service; my calls to reception were ignored. The bathroom had clogged drains, and the towels were filthy. The noise from other guests made it impossible to sleep. This place is more like a rundown hostel than a hotel. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Worst service room are jot clear we meant to stay for 2 day but left in 8 hours because of service issue they are not sooooo understand and very rude any there rooms are also not well maintained

Worst,! We reach at check in time room is not clean. No bucker. No towel, drainage blockage, not hygiene maintained, no phone in room, hot water available after 7.00pm, not providing drinking water.. Complementary breakfast is ready 9.30 at hotel.. Not flush is working.. Floor is not cleaning.

We were given room after waiting for 2 hrs at midnight with least bothered reservation desk and they keep their customers unattended even if their customers have young toddlers with them. So strange, they don’t even offer complimentary water. Thus the offered room had no lock to room, bugs in bed, unwashed bedding, no telephone, not working flush, no hot water and more to that they cut all cords by not refunding if a customer don’t like a room. Worst experience

A bizarre experience. Highly dirty rooms. This property needs a serious make over or at least maintenance.

Location: good, just about 100 metres from ahinsa circle, 2 kms from jaipur railway station room: cleanliness was pathetic, linen, bedsheets & pillow covers infested with bugs and insects. Leaking walls. Bathroom was pathetic, you'd puke looking at the ewc, the health faucet was leaking (water was coming from elsewhere rather than the jet. Most pathetic experience ever. Better to stay on foothpath rather than this pathetic hotel i called the same day for support, immediately someone from the hotel staff knocked onto me at 10:30 pm. promised me that the hotel would change the room and upgrade me to the next class of rooms, but this hotel had no class. No change of rooms was given and no support whatsoever. Think before you book

The staff was really friendly. The food was very bad, there was no option for breakfast which was included in our room. They just offered Poha, which was really terrible. The most painful thing was lack of hot water. We complained multiple times, and staff tried their best to help, but the issue remained unserolved. The room was spacious but below average in terms of maintenance. The location is also good. Overall, the hotel needs a renovation, a better restaurant and hot water gyser in every room.

Water bottle, towel, soap were provided after almost 4 hours and 6 calls that too i had to collect these items from counter. Do not go with the pics uploaded on make my trip, hotel is below average.

everything was ok except for the quality mattress. In my booking room one side mattress is torn. The quilting of the mattress was shrink so very uncomfortable in sleeping because I feel the spring of the mattress in bed.

Terrible

If there was a thing called “shady” this would be it. Its dingy, it’s dirty, the paint of rooms coming off, bed broken, toilets dirty and broken. I wish hoteliers and hotel staff in Jaipur knew what Hospitality is. No doubt tourists have become less in last 20 years. There should be classes about hospitality and hotel management these people need to take.

I thought Townhouse's would have improved in quality, but it was the worst ever. Never ever will I prefer Townhouse
