Rajdhani Hotel Jaipur

No Reception, No proper service, Only one man is handled by walking.No proper food quality and timing, too much delayed response.

the service is not good . they don't even provide water to drink we asked for it and charged extra money for water

Hygiene issue was there, bedsheets and blankets were not clean, no water bottles in the room

I booked a family room so i had plenty of space. There was no tv and internet was also not reachable in bedroom. The caretaker was nice. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

It is an average stay hotel. Though the bathroom is old fashioned and follow hot water timing

Room standard just like normal and not worth for money paid, cleanliness of bathroom not upto the mark, no drinking filter water. Light in toilet and room very dull. But outside it seems good. May be this because of corona. Hotel location is good proximate to market at walking distance. Over all i think there is mire need to get attention in all.
As no heavy booking in hotel so no checking is there.

Stay was ok. But the bedsheets were not that clean, cistern was not in good condition, drinking water was provided only when asked. Room service was below average

It is not a hotel. It should be called a purana haveli of 500 years. You can't stay for a single night also. Nothing is there so that you can smile.

I called hotel reception 3 times before check-in, hotel guy assured that everything will be ready. But post-check-in found that room was not cleaned properly, bed linen was torn and with spots on same. A thin layer of dust everywhere. I called and request and they told to manage for the day and next day they provide another room with the same setup. But another room was also having the same cleanliness issue. Then I request one of the hotel boys to clean the room. Plus inhouse restaurant only able to provide daal roti and bhindi sabji on a regular basis. We had to order outside food through Zomato or had to go outside. The inhouse restaurant is too costly. Else rest of the experience was good.

Rooms are ok but at 47 degrees there is no cooler.

The Hotel is good in terms of ambiances with basic amenities. The most beautiful part I liked is the size of the room, which is bigger than any modern hotels. The lawn is also very nice and one can seat and relax there. The food needs to be improved and the room should be equipped with telephone for connecting with the staffs. The location is well connected.

Toilet was not up-to the mark, rest everything was OK.
