Hotel Kailash Villa

Room was full of cockroaches not cleaned properly Bathroom tap was not working atlast before 1 day left, due to unhygiene

hotel quality is very poor, hygiene doesn't matter is this property..... so be aware!!!!

they tried to book us in a different hotel which we obviously refused as my exam centre was nearby turns out they did it to multiple other guests and the other hotel charged more. They got to know there was an exam the next day so they wanted to book other people for more money. scam right there. don't get me started on the cleanliness of the room, it was smelly, and unclean. no toilet paper in the bathroom, no towels. asked for bottled water they brought tap water in an unsealed bottle. we called them and then they gave a sealed bottle. I understand that the price was less for the hotel but still every guest deserves basic amenities.

Firstly hotel staff was thoroughly unprofessional. Secondly they gave a different room from which I booked and that room was disaster. when I protested it he said I gave your room to others. They said we are not responsible bookings. Dirty bedsheets. Dirty bathrooms. Lights not working. Worst hotel experience ever Never book any hotel there.

I had a terrible experience there. When I check in hotel the room was smelly even my partner was about to puke. That was not a nice experience, in 30 minutes I chose a different hotel to stay and checkout the same day in 30 minutes. I had made a booking for 3 days, which was totally waste and also the refund was not initiate.

The room was neat and clean. The host was polite in nature. Hotel is very near to the market. Food market is just out of the hotel. And the market is also good

Room was good bus facilities were limited as basic things are not available like towel , bathroom slippers drinking water , chairs etc

Yes hotel was good but a little bit of disturbance they called at mid night to confirm who i am, from where i am and more so i felt bit uncomfortable

Geyser was not working, bedsheet, pillow covers, cupboard were dirty, room was not clean with hairs all around the room

To be honest, this time hotel management was really good compared to to last time! i liked it, and hotel staff was also providing a good service! thanks to them! good luck!
