I really liked the attitude and hospitality of the staff and the manager, Mr.Bibhuti..My check in time was 12pm..but he allowed me to get in the room,in the morning from 9am..Since I was traveling along with my family,I felt the stay at Neighbour inn as homely.... Thank you...I found the staff and the manager very helpful... besides the cleanliness was also notable... Overall , the stay here in Neighbour inn hotel is highly recommended...

Found details from google reached there in cab reception was fine they provide food according to my order very nicely. Food was fresh & hot. Spacious rooms with big sitting room i totally amazed.

Good rooms, but the service is very poor, have ordered a veg menu, but they served us the non-veg stuff, i could have made fuss about it, but didn't have enough time for it. Overall be care while receiving order, specially if you are vegetarian.

I am pretty new to chennai and i needed an accommodation near the airport. I was on hunt in the internet and found this hotel. I was worried if i will get a good accommodation but surprisingly neighbor inn comfort has thrown my expectations out of the park with excellent service from the moment i entered into the hotel to the time i checked out. Hotel was very clean and neatly maintained. I needed to leave the hotel early at 6. 30am to airport and their restaurant staff were able to accommodate proper packed breakfast for me to a vial the complimentary breakfast service available as part of my booking. I totally recommend this for anyone who wants to stay close to airport
